I've been waiting for a seat that I paid for for about 60 days, it's very unprofessional, it's a dealer who only takes the money for the order and doesn't contact you again, it's very sad but true... if you're going to shop with an order, don't haaaa... think 50 times...

Kurulum için Bülent Bey geldi ve inanılmaz memnun kaldık kendisinden her sorumuza cevap vermesi ürün hakkında tam bilgiye sahip olması takdire şayandı. Hemen kurdu ve gitti ayni zamanda kurulum da ki ekip arkadaşlarına da teşekkür ederiz. Ve en büyük teşekkürüm mağaza müdürü Murat Bey'e. Ürünle küçük sorun yaşadık hemen ertesi gün halletti anında çözüme ulaştırdı. Çok ama cok teşekkür ederiz bu güzel Doğtaş Ekibine?
Sebehat, who greeted us when I first went to the store, was of great interest and relevance. It is difficult to find a smiling employee in this period. I bought a bedroom and sofa set from them. Mr. Bülent came for the installation and we were incredibly pleased. His answering all our questions and his full knowledge of the product was admirable. He installed it immediately and left. At the same time, we would like to thank his teammates in the installation. And my biggest thanks go to the store manager, Mr. Murat. We had a small problem with the product, and he took care of it the next day, and it was immediately resolved. Thank you very much to this beautiful Doğtaş Team ?

Ay'ında koltuk takımı tüylenmeye başladı .Servis kaydı açtırdık kumaş değişimi onaylandı .Bayi'ye gidip koltuklar için kumaş beğenmemiz söylendi . Kumaş beğendik . Kumaşı 1 Ay bekledik 1 Ay sonra istediğimiz kumaşın koyu tonunu gönderdiler . Bayi'ye tekrar gittik konu ile ilgili konuşup çözmek için. Murat bey yükses sesle konuşarak ve umursamaz bir tavırla müşterisine nasıl hitap edeceğini bilmeden boş boş konuştu ve bişey demeden çekip gitti . Bir daha Doğtaş'ın kapısının önünden bile geçmem . Tavsiye etmem .
We bought a sofa set about 8 months ago.6. The sofa set started to pile up in the month of May. We opened a service record and the fabric change was approved. We were told to go to the dealer and like the fabric for the seats. We like the fabric. We waited for the fabric for 1 month. After 1 month, they sent the dark tone of the fabric we wanted. We went to the dealer again to talk about the issue and solve it. Murat Bey spoke in a loud voice and did not know how to address his customers with a careless attitude and left without saying anything. I will never pass by Doğtaş's door again. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eşimin Hamile Olduğunu Doğurmak Üzere Olduğunu Söyledim ve Rica Ettim Gelen Ürünü Bekletmeyin Dedim.2 koltuk 1 masa ve 6 sandalye aldım. fakat sandalyedeler gelmedi gelmiyor. en azından masa ve koltuğu gönderin dedik ödemenin yarısı kaldığı için malzemeyi bize göndermediler ben ürünün yarısını ödemişim eksik ürün gönderiyorsun tam para istiyorsun . ben telefona bakamadığımdan ödemeyi yapamadım neymiş o yüzden ürünler çıkmamış. gönder sen ürünü bugün öderdik telefona bakamayan insanin bir derdi var demekki demi. göndermeyin ürünleri istemiyoruz ürünleri. Satarken malzeme geldiği gibi ertesi gün göndeririz diyorlar birde. yalan sağdece satana kadar başka bişey değil.

I couldn't make the payment because I couldn't look at the phone, so the products didn't come out. Send it, we would pay for the product today. It means that a person who can't answer the phone has a problem. Do not send products we do not want products. When they are selling, they say that as soon as the material arrives, they will send it the next day. Lies are nothing but only until you sell them.

I purchased a lounge on the 23.09.18 requesting it to be delivered on the 25.10.18 however on the invoice the delivery date was specified as 29.10.18.
As i was traveling Turkey, I called and spoke to Miss Sebahat on the 25.10.18 advising I will be returning to Antalya on the 26.10.18 and will be available there after for the delivery. However Miss Sebahat advised that the delivery date is specified as the 29.10.18 and the lounge is yet to arrive from Canakkale. I informed Miss Sebahat that I would like to get a refund if the delivery does not occur on the 29.10.18 as I do not have the time or patience to wait around for the lounge to arrive and I am also leaving the country within that week. I also advised Miss Sebahat and Mr Murat (the so called manager) that I do not live in Turkey and will be leaving the country on Sunday the 04.11.18.
Since speaking to Miss Sebahat we visited the store twice spoke to both Mr Murat and Miss Sebahat, furthermore I called customer service on numerous occasions for an expected delivery date which was given to me as the 6.11.18 by customer service representative.
I then called the store and spoke to Mr Murat (the liar) he advised and assured me the delivery will be 3.11.18 giving him the benefit of doubt I decided to wait for the 3.11.18.
On the Saturday 3.11.18 I called the store and spoke to Mr Murat and he confirmed there is no delivery and it will be either Monday or Tuesday.
I informed him that I will be coming to the store for a refund and that the payment be available.
Once I arrived at the store no payment was available and they advised me to come back on Monday, due to it being a Saturday they cannot reverse the credit card payment. I requested cash they would not give me that as well.
“Since im leaving the country tomorrow would you please provide me with a letter advising the refund will be processed on Monday” with great difficulty the accountant Mr Erhan Kilic agreed to give me something in writing.
The people at the store are all liars I don’t recommend transacting with this store at all.
Mr Murat is a big con, liar, rude and an abusive person. He attacked my husband and used abusive words towards me, he has no respect or takes any blame for his actions.
One very upset and disappointed customer.
DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL!!!
