They were very helpful. They insisted that the customer did what they wanted. They didn't complicate my cancellation. Two savvy ladies were working when I went. I thank them.

Birde servisin bulunduğu dükkanın içine faturamatik satandi açıp gelen digiturk faturalarından peşin ödemede 2 tl islem ücreti almaları ( kendi şirketinin faturası ve faturamatik standını kendileri işlettikleri halde ) çok saçma bir uygulama
The attitude of its employees does not suit the name of digiturk at all. It is a very silly application that they open Billmatik satandi in the shop where the service is located and charge 2 TL for cash payment from the incoming digiturk invoices (even though they run their own company's invoice and Billmatik stand).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malesef 1 saat boyunca bekletildik! Telefonla aradigimizda oncelikle 30 dk, sonrasinda 15 dk, sinrasinda yine 15 dk eklediler. Tamamen zaman kaybi, beklentinizindusuk tutun hatta ve hatta baska bir bayii ile gorusun derim.
Unfortunately we were kept waiting for 1 hour! When we called by phone, they added 30 minutes first, then 15 minutes, and then another 15 minutes. It's a complete waste of time, keep your expectations low and even contact another dealer.
