M	Mehmet Keskinkılıç on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13 Mayıs'ta Einhell WhatsApp Destek Hattı üzerinden "Einhell Tc-Ac 190/24/8" kompresör için yağ seviye gösterge tapası için fiyat talebinde bulundum. 14 Mayıs 2020 tarihinde 36₺ olduğunu bildirerek geri dönüş sağladılar. Yine aynı gün, vermiş oldukları banka hesabına 36₺X2=72 ₺ (2 ADET için) para yatırıp , WhatsApp hattı uzerinden kişisel bilgi ve ürün adet bilgisini de belirterek kendilerine ilettim. Ürünü 20 Mayıs 2020 tarihinde ürün elime geldi ancak ürün istemiş olduğum makinanın yağ seviye gösterge tapası degildi ve 1 ADET gelmişti. Gerek WhatsApp , gerek ise telefon numalarinda ki gorusmemde yanlışlık olduğunu yarın doğru olan 2 adetin çıkışının yapılacağını söylediler. Ve bana gelen 1 adet yanlış tapayi kendilerine ("yurtiçikargo' ya vererek") iade ettim. 21 Mayıs 2020'de yine telefon numarinizla irtibata gectigimde, "Merak etme abi buraya not alınmış ,sizin kompresöre uyumlu olan 2 adet yağ seviye gösterge tapası yarın gönderilecek denildi. 23 Mayıs 2020 tarihinde kargo geldi ürün doğru ama yine 1 ADET EKSİK GELDİ . Bu nasıl iştir anlamış değilim. Koskoca Einhell firması bu kadar basit hataları arka arkaya nasıl yapabiliyor anlamadım. Gereğinin yapılmasını talep ederim. Ya eksik olan gösterge tapasinida gönderin yada kalan tutarı tarafıma iade edin.. On May 13, I requested a price for the oil level gauge plug for the "Einhell Tc-Ac 190/24/8" compressor via the Einhell WhatsApp Support Line. They made a comeback by reporting that it was 36₺ on 14 May 2020. On the same day, I deposited 36₺X2 = 72 ₺ (for 2 PCS) into their bank account, and submitted them personal information and product quantity information via WhatsApp line. I received the product on May 20, 2020, but the machine I wanted was not the oil level indicator plug and 1 PC came. They said that there was something wrong with both WhatsApp and their phone numbers, and they said that tomorrow 2 will be released. And I returned one wrong plug to me (by giving it to "domestic cargo"). When I contacted your phone number again on May 21, 2020, "Don't worry, it was noted that 2 oil level indicator plugs that are compatible with your compressor will be sent tomorrow. Cargo came on May 23, 2020, the product is correct, but 1 COMPLETE COMES. I don't understand how this works. I did not understand how the huge company Einhell can make such simple mistakes in a row. I demand that it be done. Either send the missing indicator plug or return the remaining amount to me.

Alman orjinli kurumsal bir firmanin calisanlarinin da profesyonel olmalari gerekir. Musteriyle temas halinde olan tum calisanlarina iletisim kursu verilmesini oneririm. Einhell e yakisani budur. Bu yuzden 3 yildiz verdim I like Einhell products. Good material quality, good functionality. But the staff members are rude. The employees of a corporate company of German origin must also be professionals. I recommend giving a communication course to all employees who are in contact with the customer. This is what suits Einhell. That's why I gave it 3 stars
