★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İptal işlemi için Digitürk'ü aradığımda Ümraniye'de gidebileceğim 3 bayiden birisi olarak burası söylendi ancak o kadar yol yürüyüp gittiğimde kapıdaki suratsız bekçi burada sadece kurumsal işlemlerin yapıldığını söyledi. Abonelik yaparken çok kolay ama iptal etmek istediğimizde çok fazla engel çıkarılıyor. Bundan sonra bedava da hizmet verseniz Digitürk kullanmam.
When I called Digiturk for the cancellation process, I was told as one of the 3 dealers I could go to in Umraniye, but when I walked so long, the sullen guard at the door said that only corporate transactions were carried out here. It is very easy while subscribing, but when we want to cancel, there are too many obstacles. If you give free service after that, I would not use Digitürk.

Lütfen dikkat edin ve ticaretinizi lekeletmeyin.
Despite the fact that our restaurant in Sakarya Serdivan is closed due to covid-19 and it clearly states in the contract that "no payment will be taken for closed months or weeks", it is a lowly company that will put the bills made with the company into execution. Please be careful and don't taint your trade.

I definitely do not recommend. It's an institution that you can't find a contact person after making a contract that if the government shuts it down, the fee will be refunded. Never even greet.
