★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzum marka blender mikser ,ikinci kullanımımda dönmemeye başladı.Ay teknik servise götürdüm,bir bayan miksere sadece bakıp çevirdi birkez ve kullanıcı hatası dedi.Tamir olunmaz yedek parçasını size 55 liraya satalım dedi.İlgi , profesyoneellik sıfır.Eve geldim mikseri açtım içindeki dişli çıkmış ,yerlestirdim çalışmaya başladı .Tekrar servisi aradim olayı anlattim ,telefondaki bayan iyi tamir etmişsiniz ,biz tamirci değiliz,yedek parça satıyoruz dedi küstah bir tavırla .Bildiğim yetkili servis tamir için inceler , çalışmayacağına kanaat getirince yedek parça tavsiye eder.Berbat bir teknik servis kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum...
My Arzum brand blender mixer stopped turning after my second use. I took it to the technical service for a month. A lady just looked at the mixer and turned it once and said it was a user error. She said that we can sell the irreparable spare part to you for 55 liras. Interest, professionalism is zero. I came home and opened the mixer and the gear inside came out, I installed it and it started working. I called the service again. I explained the incident, the lady on the phone said that you fixed it well, we are not a repairman, we sell spare parts with an arrogant attitude. ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orda çalışan bayanın acilen o iş yerinden alınması lazım.. insanlarla nasıl konuşması gerektiğini bilmiyor. Hizmet için orda olduğunu unutmuş sanırım. O mimikler hareketler ve üslup o iş yerinde olmaması gereken tüm sıfatları taşıyor. İnsanlara bağırıp çağırsın diye mi o maaş bağlanmış o bayana. Kimse tercih etmesin burayı kesinlikle!!!!!
The lady working there needs to be removed from that workplace urgently. She doesn't know how to talk to people. I guess he forgot he was there to serve. Those mimics, movements and style have all the qualities that shouldn't be in that workplace. That lady was paid a salary so that she could yell at people. No one should choose this place for sure!!!!!

The lady who was there for my guaranteed karaca brand kettle product insisted that you made it work without water, and there is a lady whose attitude is not pleasant at all, I don't even think of getting service there again. She had rude attitudes and disrespectful speeches as if she was working with me. I hope I don't need to go there again. .Doesn't anyone check these??

What is the point of trying to sell a brand new one, when the product with a 7-day Warranty can be repaired? We cannot express your complaint by arguing. No one is out of bread, but isn't there anyone more interested?
