Binanın yöneticisi evi size ben buldum ayağına komisyon yedirtmeye çalışır. Halbuki sahibi kendi akrabası.
Ardahan ve esnafının klasik "Tembeliz ve her şeyi bu tembelligimiz yüzünden fakir kalmamızın, geri kalmışlığın suçunu devlete atarız; fakirliğimizi de 1000-1500 km uzaktan gelen öğretmene, doktora, polise böyle saçma sapan pahalılık ve komisyonlarla saplarız" kafası.
