NEVER RENT A CAR WITH THIS AGENCY! We rented a car in this agency in October 2020, Fiat Egea. The next day the battery was discharged, although all the electronics were turned off at night. The car didn't start in the morning. The master came with a spare battery, started the car and we followed him to the service. At first, the agency offered us to pay for the purchase of a new battery ourselves, but after long negotiations, it transferred the money to the service. As a result, it took half a day to solve the problem. Further. On the second day in the morning, a noise in the engine appeared on the started car. The cooling fan spun up and started shaking. At that time, we were already hundreds of kilometers from Denizli. In Bursa. The agency remotely blocked the car and we waited all day for the agency representatives to arrive and pick up the car. When the car was taken from us, the agency representatives checked it, there were no complaints against us, they promised to return all the money the next day (2500 TL). Instead of money, the next day, we were accused that we had allegedly broken the car and it would have to have expensive repairs. We were denied a refund. Moreover, the agency wanted to take money from us to pay for their fuel travel from Denizli to Bursa. They also sent an invoice allegedly for car repairs, although the list of works included the usual routine maintenance procedures (oil, filters). We realized that they wanted to deceive us in various ways and get even more money from us. We contacted the Istanbul Tourist Police and explained the situation. After three days of proceedings, various attempts to deceive us and swearing with the agency, only a part of the money (1500 TL) was returned. They gave us the car with an empty tank, they took it away with a full one. The difference was not returned to us. We often rent cars, but this is the first negative case. На следующий день разрядился аккумулятор, хотя ночью вся электроника была выключена. Утром машина не завелась. Приехал мастер с запасным аккумулятором, завёл авто и мы проследовали за ним в сервис. Сначала агентство предлогало нам самим оплатить покупку нового аккумулятора, но после долгих переговоров, перевело деньги сервису. В итоге на решение проблемы ушло полдня. Далее. На второй день утром на заведённом автомобиле появился шум в двигателе. Вентилятор охлаждения раскручивался и начинал трястись. На тот момент мы были уже за сотни км от Денизли. В Бурсе. Агентство дистанционно заблокировало машину и мы целый день ждали, пока приедут предствители агентства и заберут машину. Когда у нас забирали машину, представители агентства проверили её, претензий к нам не было, пообещали на следующий день вернуть все деньги (2500 TL). Вместо денег на следующий день нас обвинили, что мы якобы сломали машину и ей предстоит дорогостоящий ремонт. В возврате денег нам было отказано. Более того, агентство хотело взять с нас деньги оплату топлива их проезда от Денизли до Бурсы. Также прислали счёт якобы на ремонт автомобиля, хотя в перечне работ были обычные процедуры планового сервисного обслуживания (масло, фильтры). Мы поняли, что нас хотят разными способами обмануть и получить с нас ещё больше денег. Мы обратились в туристическую полицию Стамбула, объяснили ситуацию. Через три дня разбирательств, различных попыток нас обмануть и ругани с агентством была возврашена только часть денег (1500 TL). Машину нам выдали с пустым баком, забрали с полным. Разницу нам не вернули. Мы часто берем машины напрокат, но это первый негативный случай.
