Ozcoban Tour

I am reporting from our 13-14 November 2021 Western Black Sea tour. On the first day, we had breakfast at 6:30 in the morning to make good use of the time, but since our vehicles to go to Yedigöller could not come, we were left idly for 3 hours in the cold. Finally, we were able to go to Yedigöller, but of course, the time we spent here was shortened. It was very sad for me as I participated in this trip especially to see Yedigöller. The next day we went to Safranbolu. First, visit the places you go to shop. Do not shop where your guide takes you first. And lastly, we stayed in a room like a tiny box in the hotel we stayed at. It was cold and small. The room our friends stayed in was a larger and warmer room at the front. It was quite annoying to pay the same money and not get the same service. If the rooms are so different, the price must be different. In addition, the vehicle was not comfortable at all, we could not feel comfortable. Apart from these negativities, we saw beautiful places.

This company is totally focused on making money, where is it that there is a useless retired alcoholic, the driver keeps it up, the car makes a loud noise, so that there is no maintenance cost, they say this is more and send it back and ignore human life!

Captain Musa, who accompanied us on the GAP tour, is a very respectful, punctual and good driver, we admired his mastery even in the side streets. Assistant Murat Bey was helpful and interested in everyone. Our guide, Caner, was very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. We never had a waste of time. Advice Thank you.
