Gayet açık şekilde sorumuzu soruyoruz, karşılığında aldığımız cevap “ben de bilmiyorum isterseniz bir deneyin”. Ben deneyerek bulacaksam müşteri hizmetleri ne iş yapıyor. En azından, bilmiyorum ancak telefon numaranızı yazayım geri dönüş yapayım denilebilir. Bu kadar düşük puan verilmesinde haklılarmış.
Retail Customer Service is almost created by people passing by on the street. We ask our question very clearly, the answer we get in return is "I don't know either, give it a try if you want". If I'm going to find out by trying, what is the customer service doing? At least, I don't know, but it can be said that I will write your phone number and get back to you. They were justified in giving such a low rating.
