I give one star because Mahmut II has set it up. They do not look at the phone, the cargo does not arrive on time, the incoming cargo arrives deformed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle ihtiyaçları karşılamayan bir kurum. 2günde gelecek kargo 1hafta oldu hâlâ yok, inatla bekliyorum. Işinizi biraz severek yapın. Ptt mecbur kalınmadıkça tercih edilmemeli.
It is an institution that definitely does not meet the needs. The cargo to arrive in 2 days has been in 1 week and still does not exist, I am waiting stubbornly. Do your job loving a little. Ptt should not be preferred unless it is compulsory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ptt şubesine hicbir sekilde iletisim sağlanamıyor. Subeye gidince de sadece yerlerinde oturuyorlar ve telefon çaldığı halde açmıyorlar ve sonra mesgule aliyorlar. Tek dertleri birbirleriyle sohbet etmek. Müşteri hizmetleri konusunda sıfırlar ve insan degerleri hakkinda kimseyi önemsemiyorlar. Işini hakkıyla yapan kişileri getirin lütfen.
No communication can be made to the PTT branch. When they go to the branch, they just sit in their seats and even though the phone rings, they do not turn it on and then they get busy. Their only concern is to chat with each other. They're zeros when it comes to customer service and they don't care about human values. Please bring the people who do their job properly.

PTT ile ilgili 3 değerli hatıram: on yıl önce, Afyondan APS ile gönderdiğim mektup yerine ulaşmayınca otobüse atlayıp gelmiş ve beypazarı şubesinde zarf aramaya koyulmuştum. Askeriyeye teslim edilecek resmî evrak vardı zarfta. sabah saat 10.00'da çay sigara molası veren çalışan bana "ne acelen var!" diye çıkışmıştı. o zaman küçüktüm, kavga edemezdim. 2. tecrübem: 2020 haziran ayında, sürücü belgesi harcımı görevli yanlış yatırmış, aynı gün içinde itiraz edilmediği için sorumluluk kabul etmediler. 3.'sü ise İstanbul'dan kargolanan ürün, bir hafta oldu, hala elime ulaşmadı. beş para etmeyen döküntü memurlara bankacılık, postacılık, kargoculuk vb. yaptırmaya çalışıyorlar. bu beceriksizler de hiçbirini yapamıyor.

My 3 precious memories about PTT: Ten years ago, when the letter I sent from Afyon via APS did not reach its place, I jumped on the bus and started looking for envelopes in the beypazarı branch. The envelope included official documents to be delivered to the military. The employee, who gave a tea and cigarette break at 10:00 in the morning, told me "What are you in a hurry!" he scowled. I was small then, I couldn't fight. My 2nd experience: In June 2020, the officer paid the driver's license fee incorrectly, they did not accept responsibility because they were not appealed on the same day. The third product was shipped from Istanbul, it has been a week, I still haven't received it. banking, postal services, shipping, etc. They are trying to get it done. these incompetents cannot do any of them.
