Gerekli yerlere de şikayetimizi yaptık. We came to eat kebab as a family on 17.11.2021. Unfortunately, hair came out of the kebab. We asked for the account, but they didn't bother to make up for their mistake. We have also made our complaints where necessary.

Servis süresi geç değildi masa donatıldı fakat siparişimiz geldiğinde tam bir fiyaskoydu.Kebaptan Aldığım ilk çatalda kıl çıktı. Masadaki diğerlerine ayıp olmasın deyip kenara aldım fakat ikinci çatalımda da tekrar kol çıkınca dayanamayıp hesabı istedim . Kenara ayırdığım içinde kıl olan 2 parça eti servis eden personele uzattım ve içlerinde kadın olan bir görevli özür diledi sadece.Kasadaki bey de bizden gayet tam hesabı aldı ve hiçbirşey demedi yemediğimiz hatta ağzımızı sürmediğimiz şeylere para verdik ve bir kuruşunu bile helal etmiyorum.
