★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık bir yıl önce Philips marka televizyonumun ledleri bozuldu. Aradım Beyazevler servisini gelip aldılar. 750 lira fiyat verdiler ve takılan parçaya da 6 ay garanti... Dün itibariyle yine ledler gitti yani yaklaşık 1 yıl sonra. Bu sefer dışarıdan bir TV Tamircisine 350 liraya yaptırdım. Ayrıca servis, yapılmaması gereken silikonla yapıştırma tekniğini de uygulamış ledleri değişirken. Daha ötesi de var da... Mesela ledlerin servis tarafından değiştirilip değiştirilmediği!!! Yani sadece Led tamiri yapıldığı gibi. Tamircim bu mealde bir şeyler söyledi ama teknik olarak bir kanıtım olmadığı için net bir iddia ortaya koyamıyorum maalesef. Ama işkillenmiyor değilim. Sonuç itibariyle servis deyip güveniyoruz ancak yaptıkları işe bak! Bu da böyle kötü bir tecrübemdir.
About a year ago, the LEDs of my Philips brand TV broke down. I called and they came and took the Beyazevler service. They gave a price of 750 liras and 6 months warranty for the fitted part... As of yesterday, the leds are gone again, that is, after about 1 year. This time, I had it done by an outside TV repairman for 350 liras. In addition, the service has applied the silicone bonding technique, which should not be done, while changing the leds. There is more... For example, whether the leds are changed by the service!!! So just like LED repair. My mechanic said something about this, but unfortunately I can't make a clear claim because I don't have any technical proof. But I'm not busy. As a result, we say service and trust, but look at what they do! This is such a bad experience.

It's ridiculous that they don't use credit cards, they haven't had pos machines for months, so we had trouble. Instead of 500 TL, they repair it for 200 TL, saying there is no new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utusunu aldım 3 ay kullandım pas akıtmaya başladı hemen kesinlikle memnun değilim kimseye de tavsiye etmem gorseldede beyaz havlunun üzerindeki lekeler de ütüden akan pasa ait servise gönderdim umarım gelince sorun çözülmüş olur.
I bought the iron, I used it for 3 months, it started to rust, I am definitely not satisfied, I do not recommend it to anyone, I sent the stains on the white towel in the picture to the service for the rust flowing from the iron, I hope the problem will be solved when it comes.
