Crystal Flora Beach Resort

Hi all! An excellent hotel for a relaxing break. In general, Turkey is a great place to stay! You have excellent animators, especially Dilyara. Very friendly and cheerful. Dilyara, thank you very much for your concern! Thanks to the hotel for the Good food! The atmosphere, nature, everything is high.

I was a little underwhelmed by our experience. The setting was beautiful and the views over the sea and the mountains were spectacular. The service was ok. We went on 4 nights stay and the rooms are very old and small in need of update. The service was inattentive, by which I mean we had to wait and try to wave down a staff member any time we wanted anything. Staff were always courteous when they did interact with us but many staff members are rude and need training to improve the service and puting a smile. The food is poor in general sweets were nicely presented and good.the entertainment activities are very poor. It didn’t seem worth the costs we paid for a 5 stars service, though the view is something special to see if you’re visiting for the first time. Overall it was just ok, and I expected more from such popular 5 stars chain of resorts.

Cool place, a lot of animations, every evening there were a live music. Very nice staff and animators, we can choose every type of food what we like. Hotel is near to sea so we can choose we prefer rest at pool or beach :)

Many Thanks to the hotel, and especially to the caring team of the mini club! The Girls are great, and we appreciated their work a lot! Our son Just loved going to the club, liked all the Girls Who looked after the Kids and really enjoyed going to the mini disco every evening. Great job, mini club, thank you!

The hotel is our favorite in Turkey. It's our go-to place. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room service is perfect. The food is also quite ok. The staff is really trying their best. A special thanks to the restaurant team and the animation team!

We spent a great time together with kids here in the hotel! And our special gratitude to animators from the mini club, as they made mom’s rest possible. Kids were really happy to spend their free time playing with animators and enjoying active games in the mini club. We highly recommend this hotel to families with kids of different ages!

For me personally totally disaster. Every day they Played music till 12.00 so we couldnt sleep(it's normal three) Very low quality of food and not enough for everybody (especially pizza). I will never recommend this hotel, it's unworthy.

Very nice resort overall. The food, the staff and the outdoor space are excellent. Our room was old and small, but not a problem that influenced our enjoyment. We recommend it. The only problem are the drinks, alcohol was locally produced and not very tasty. The espresso was like filter coffee.
