An awful hotel: we did not live there, but tried to rent an bungalow at beach. Firstly, we were transferred to administrative staff, which charged us with 20$, and put a special bracelet. After 10 minutes at the beach, we were (in a very rude mater) informed that the staff did not realize that we were not hotel guests (what we told to them like 5 times during registration) and we could pay 20$ more or be free. We were insulted by the staff’s attitude and decided to leave. The staff made attempts to return 20$ to us through a card provider, but could not do it. Hence, we were forced to leave without any reimbursement.

It's not worth the money. Horrible conditions, horrible food, they don't even speak english, bugs everywhere, you have to pay extra for everything including wi-fi. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN TURKEY NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING 5 STARS

Great place. A little bit old, but cozy, beautiful territory, views and sea. Nice food, a lot of vegetables and fruits, different kinds of fish and desserts

Hotel rooms are in a very sad condition. They need major renovation. Food is poor and uniform. The Hotel is aimed at Russian tourists and Turks. Great location and staff but that's all. In Europe this hotel corresponds 2-3 star category. This hotel would not be recommended for European travelers.

I do not believe this hotel is a 5 star hotel. I have stayed 6 days and the whole experience was horrible. This is by far poorest quality hotel i have ever been. The food is eatable if you are really hungry but you have to like chicken and turkey (There was no beef at any time of the day.). The view of the rooms are beatiful but the bathrooms are poorly maintained and old. The staff is not knowledgeable you have to ask almost everyone to get the easiest answer. Even with the drinks... one night they did not have ice. Drinking warm alcohol in holiday! Overall experience was terrible, i do not recommend.

The food was great and the personal was kind. Hotel and rooms were clean, pools were clean and the most important one is beach was clean. Personal can speak both English and Russian. Some comments were false i guess. I really enjoyed it. We want to come next year!

One of the poorest hotel I have ever seen that I felt like I have to leave a review to warn whoever thinks of staying here. The rooms are not maintained. Feels like nothing renovated since 1940s, 50s. The food is horrible. They tried to do everything as cheap as possible. It is called full pension but you can hardly find anything eatable. So we want to check out as soon as we faced this. But we couldn’t even find someone to talk this issue. Everyone is throwing the ball to one another. We felt like we are stuck in a huge bureaucracy just to cancel our one night. They have no system. It is a five star hotel, you can’t even say two stars. Unbelievable…
