When leaving the complex, he deceived and did not return all the money due. We will contact the police for him. The management is no better. They demand an aydat of 40 euros per month, but for this money, entrances are poorly cleaned only twice a week. To make the pool work, all Russian-speaking residents had to gather and demand to turn it on. We agreed to leave our belongings with the management until autumn in order to return and continue living - but the management, at Dedeman's request, or simply changed their minds and demanded to pick up the things after we flew out of Turkey. I strongly advise against contacting these scoundrels - Dedeman and the Iranian management. There are many other complexes around, where it is much better.

A clean, tidy site with 24-hour security service. Common areas are currently closed due to pandemic. The swimming pool is in use. Again, Aquapark cannot be used due to the pandemic. The distance to the bazaar is 1 km.
