★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Дом еще не готов, есть проблемы, но они решаются, хоть и достаточно медлено. Только время покажет, стоит ли рекомендовать этот объект для заселения. Пока что противоречивые чувства.

Очень много обмана, нужно проверять все по 10 раз! То что показывают и то что сдают НЕ ОДНО И ТО ЖЕ. Есть проблемы со светом- он то есть то его нет, работать да и вообще что-либо делать невозможно. Но это никак не решается, хоть мы живем тут больше месяца

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Страшно подумать, что в этом комплексе кто-то мог купить квартиру. После первого просмотра стало видно проблемы, которые не должны быть даже в старом доме: трещины на потолке, кривые откосы на дверях, местами небрежно покрашенные стены, в новых квартирах уже видны следы от затекшей воды....даже в холе, на потолке огромная пляма от протекания.
It's scary to think that someone could buy an apartment in this complex. After the first viewing, it became clear that there were problems that should not even exist in the old house: cracks in the ceiling, crooked slopes on the doors, carelessly painted walls in places, traces of numb water are already visible in new apartments .... even in the hall, on the ceiling there is a huge leaking flame.

Advantages and disadvantages:
- problem with hot water (we have a problem with water heater 2 days and nobody cannot solve this).
- electricity can be turned off for 4 hours in a row (it's turned off about 4-5 times per day) and it's impossible cooking, work (because the Internet does not work too due to the problem with electricity). We forced go to restaurant/café for lunch, dinner.
- apartment should be completely equipment, but there is still no 1 bedside table, closet.
+ new furniture and household appliances
I do not recommend this residence.
Update: problems with hot water, electricity, equipment were solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Electricity is cutting off many times a day, Apartment has poor equipment with very bad quality electronics and furniture due to highway you can hear 24/7 high noise from road. No parking. I strongly do not recommend rent this apartment
