Of all the many call centers in Antalya, Conduent is by far the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann leider diese Firma nicht empfehlen, um keine Abfindung zu bezahlen, wurde ich als Betrüger beschuldigt, habe dann auch kein Arbeitslosengeld bekommen. Habe dann geklagt und Klage gewonnen nach 3 Jahren, ich denke die haben spekuliert, dass durch die Abwertung diese einen finanziellen Vorteil und spekulieren, dass viele nicht den mühsamen Weg der Klage gehen. Sehr schlechtes Betriebsklima, es wird Druck gemacht auf Cross-Selling, CHT und FPC und Verkäufe werden unterschlagen. Laut Auskunft ehemaliger Mitarbeiter ist das Arbeitsklima noch schlechter geworden, ich zitiere: "jetzt müssen wir den Kunden noch den Hintern küssen und uns als Klopapier zur Verfügung stellen, damit Kunden eine gute Bewertung abgeben". Durch die hohe Fluktuation werden Mitarbeiter angewiesen Mitarbeiter zu werben, und wenn man kritisch sich zum Unternehmen äußert wird man noch zusätzlich bedroht.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company in order not to pay severance payments, I was accused of being a fraudster, and then I did not receive any unemployment benefits. Then I sued and won the lawsuit after 3 years, I think they speculated that the devaluation would result in a financial advantage and speculate that many would not go the arduous path of lawsuits. Very bad working atmosphere, pressure is put on cross-selling, CHT and FPC and sales are suppressed. According to information from former employees, the working atmosphere has become even worse. I quote: "Now we have to kiss the customer's bottom and provide us with toilet paper so that customers can give a good rating." Due to the high fluctuation, employees are instructed to recruit employees, and if you express yourself critically about the company, you are also threatened.
