One the best hotels on the Lara beach stretch,customer service was out of this world couldn’t do enough for you ,I stayed in January 2022 weather not to good but was not bothered about this because we only went for a relaxing 9 days and we got it ,Al a carte restaurant s very good ,buffet all food and drinks were good ,there was entertainment at night or you could go for nice quiet drink in club class lounge were the barman was very good ,there was a young girl greeted us every morning and worked in coffee shop opposite cake shop think her name was Booshka,she was lovely and made my holiday ,if I had a bad thing to say the bed was to hard for me ,but I am sure if I went to customer service they would of sorted it . Will be going back

The hotel and service is superb! They try really hard to keep the guest happy. Only issue is some front desk people cant really speak english which makes it difficult if you dont understand their respective language. Good food! Very pleasant staff! Will come back to stay there!

We spent 5 nights at Concorde and it was perfect. It’s massive with soo much to see and do that you don’t have to leave. Travelling with 2 toddlers is hard but this hotel is extremely accomodating for families and children. There is a kids room that has heaps of toys and activities, a big outdoor playground with slides, swings and the works. As well as kids pools and slides. The food is great, with a huge selections and different themes every night. There is plenty of options for the kids too and they loved the ice cream bar. They even offer a buffet at midnight in case breakfast, lunch, dinner and the all day cafe weren’t enough ? The gym had everything we needed and the private beach was great. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating and it was an absolute pleasure staying here. It definitely deserves the 5 stars.

To be honest, you will find a similar hotel for the double price anywhere else in the Europe. What can I say, everything from staff, room to the buffet food, every thing exceeded our expectations. It was a luxury experience. When we reached the hotel, our taxi driving was trying to scam us and only speaking Turkish. We asked help from the hotel staff and he came to help us and talked to the taxi driver in Turkish and threatened him to call the police. Thankfully, we paid the half price that he was asking for. A tip if you are reading this, always ask the taxi driving to use the meter as soon as he starts his ride. Anyways, the staff was very welcoming. The room was excellent. Everything in the mini fridge was free. The balcony view was amazing. Almost every time from morning till late evening, the food was available for free. Coffees and drinks were also available till late night. There is a huge variety of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach was nice clean. We tried Jetski and parasailing. We heard alot of scam stories but the guys at the beach were very nice and polite. We had a great experience. The swimming pool experience was also nice. I did not try other activities due to shortage of time. The hotel was far from the city center but I was able to live with it.

Lovely luxurious hotel. Even during renovations and out of season february so very rainy weather, we had a perfect week. Staff are very attentive (came covered my shoulders with a blanket when i was smoking outside in the cold). Bottle of wine, platter of fruit and full mini bar on arrival. Full bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, razor, shave foam, toothbrush, paste, body lotion +more) slippers and bath robes. Even a pillow menu to chose what pillow are best for you personally. Food is delicious and fresh. Coffee lounge better than Starbucks. I got a tooth abcess my last night and they arranged a doctor and medicine within 30 minutes (costing only £20) then brought my partner burger and fries to the room as he missed the evening meal looking after me) definitely want to return in full season. Down sides, Didn't see much from animation team and it was 25 euros per person per day to use the heated pool(which is very small) in the spa the larger free pool wasn't heated and is too cold in February to use and the pool outside they said was heated, wasn't

Stayed for 5 nights. Lovely resort and fantastic stay overall. All the staff especially the waiting staff were very nice and welcoming. Food is absolutely gorgeous and huge varieties as well. Wonderful spa. Very clean all round. Only complain is the quality of mattresses which were hard for me. Have no doubt though that the staff would've replaced them if I'd asked. Didnt bother in the end.

Excellent holiday with only a few negatives, but positives far outweigh them. Front desk very polite and friendly, our luggage was taken to our room and we were informed that we could use the late snack bar at 12am (we had a late flight). On getting to our room it was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, free safe and plenty of toiletries etc. Room was a little dated in places and could do with a touch up but we don't stay in our room on a holiday so didn't bother us. Restaurant was great, buffet was excellent although became a bit repetitive after a week. Staff again friendly but service hit and miss, our main gripe was it's table service which is great if the waiters offer you a drink (sometimes they did sometimes they didn't) especially on breakfast this was a pain as I personally prefer to get my own coffee and not wait 5 minutes for it to be served to me. We were unaware that the main pool was closed for the majority of our stay which was disappointing however we had use of the other pools there so wasn't really an issue. Only other negative was there was a lot of building work/regeneration work going on at the hotel and a lot of places were closed which again we didn't know about but we blame JET2 not the hotel Servers in the main bar were very hit and miss SELENA for us was the best and would always offer us a drink, others would completely ignore you which was frustrating. Overall an excellent holiday, would I go back? Yes if it was cheap enough, but I like to go to other hotels and other places and I have been to better hotels in Turkey if I'm honest.

We spent 6 nights here with our 2 years and it was one of the best trips to turkey we had. The staff was extremely friends and polite. Everyone greeted us and were friendly with our little one as well. They had many food options and had wide variety of food. Room was also spacious and we had a beautiful view. Lots of indoor activities for kids and families. Due to winter, couldn’t use our door pools but indoor one was sufficient enough. My only suggestion would be to avoid booking taxi from the reception. The company charges too much and you can easily call a local company or just get a taxi which are parked outside shops across the road.
