★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location in Kaleiçi, very short walk from everything. Furnishings were nice, but minimal. Bedroom was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had a washing machine. Good kitchen. Ayhan was easy to work with and very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! To start with, the apartment was filthy. From kitchen utencils to bedroom sheets and bathroom floors. Many corners were covered with dust. Bathroom was very small (I mean, very). Low quality bathroom supplies. Damp towel smell. Somewhat limited hot water supply. A/C working time to time. Also, miscommunication with the owner. The number which was listed/advised was off when we tried to reach at check-in time. We definitely would not return and recommend. There are many other better options around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in Old Town. The owner is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. He will pick you up and take you to the airport if needed. He is very nice and cleans the apartments once a week, if you stay that long. The apartments are nice and the kitchen is good enough to cook on your own some meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! The owner is super helpful and will be there within 10 minutes if you need help. They even came and cleaned out room during the stay. Each apartment has a full kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. No microwave for those who desire that option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what can I say apart from it being one of the best places my wife and I have stayed in Turkey for a city break!!
The welcome from Ayhan and his team was spot on and anything we wanted or needed help with he sorted, he arranged a hire car from a friend that was nearly new and way cheaper than any of the companies nearby.
The apartment it’s self was very clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the little cobbled streets. I mean it,if you want a great place to stay in the old town and want bars and restaurants less than a 2 minute walk away then go to this place, you will not be sorry. Thanks again Ayhan for being the best host ever!! ??????????
