I bought black jeans. The color fluctuated in the first wash. I took the trousers that were never worn back. The female staff member was very helpful. She said that it would be taken to the factory in a friendly way. If it was a factory fault, it would be changed. I hope a never worn trousers will be exchanged. I am satisfied with the attention of the staff. I am not at all satisfied with the product at the moment.
