Dette er noe dere må vurdere før deres ferie. Jeg har ikke fått noe kontakt nummer for å kontakte hvis det var noe endring eller fly/avreise/bytting. Under reisen har etter flere forsøkt klart å komme i kontakt med den personen som skal levere bilen og ble behandlet rett og slett elendig. Til vanlig du får telefon nummer i kontrakten. Jeg har bestilt levering av bilen i annen flyplass men de har registrert på samme flyplass. Damen jeg snakket for å orde opp i telefonen var rett og slett veldig lite hyggelig. Alt var min skyld. Under kjøringen har bilen begynnt å stoppe når det er litt brstte bakker, kontaktet samme person for å bytte til annen bil , nei de hadde ikke noe bil som de kan hjelpe med siden det ikke var noe tekniske feil.Jeg fra råder dere sterk å tenke gjennom når dere skal ha ferie med barn og familie, det er det siste du vil oppleve er en firma som ikke gjør jobben sin. Jeg ville de skal rette opp feilen med å ordne opp med å levere til andre flyplass jeg har bestilt returen, ennå har ikke hørt noe.

A shame Mr Adnan flee this company, he makes you believe that he offers you services to invoice you later in secret !!! I hope this company will close. Do not rent from them

Arrangements went like clockwork. Met at the airport by two representative who very quickly completed paperwork and we were on our way. Return similar, picked up representative as arranged and drove to the airport to catch our flight. Will use again.

Absolutely great experience. The car was exactly as we expected, they even dropped it to our hotel near the airport and brought the paperwork with them. Drop-off was easy - we met the representative at a garage near the airport, then he dropped us at the terminal. The guys were friendly, helpful and it was totally hassle free. I would definitely recommend Circular.

I ordered diesel Renault Kangoo and received petrol not powerful not economical Fiat Tipo and answer was - "There is no other, do not want - don't take it" There was nowhere to go, five of us huddled in this car

1. Started from the "our man will wait for you with your name on the card in the airport". I had to look for him outside, and not "he was waiting". 2. He knows only one English word: "okey, okey" and uses it all the time. I mean he even doesn't try to understand you, and when I through google translate presented him with text and audio in Turkish it had the same effect: "okey, okey"... Later I asked native turkish people to talk to him, and they assured me that its impossible to explain anything to him in turkish too!!!! 3. They use the policy "return same amount of gas as you received". In fact they bring you the car with blinking warning of empty tank, so that you never sure that you will manage to the closest gas station. When they replaced the car (because in the first one even the door locks were not working, and the 12 volt socket for charger was almost not working... - they brought again 0 litres in the tank, so that I barely managed to the nearest gas station. Probably he has a pump and pumps the fuel out of the tank... otherwise how they manage to do it? BTW my first car that they took from me had about 1//2 tank of diesel fuel. With my second car I become wiser and aware that it can become inoperable any moment and could be taken from me - so now I refuell when needed only on 100 Turkish Lyras. In the first car the door locks were not working. Actually I had to use mechanical key to close the driver door... and after 1 day discovered that the other 3 doors always remained unlocked!!! Tires finished and probably below any safety spec; gas locker dor broken; sunscreen of the driver seat is broken; phone charger doesn't work; When the man came to change the car he entered my car without my permission (remember doors unlocked?) while I was away... he grabbed the car keys and pushed my staff to the replacement car so fast, without giving me time to check staff... my hotel keys were chained to the car keys and he just drove away. I realized that in just 2 minutes, but he was not answering the phone... Still renting it... To be continued... … Upgraded the rating from one star to three stars for the following reasons. 1. I extended my stay in Turkey, and extended the car rental at the same company since it was less hassle with return and exchange 2. After all they were responsive and change the car, they were ok with car return 3. Reading negative reviews on some other local car rentals i adapted this score. 4. Communication with company owner was much better both english-wise and human-wise.
