Although I was diagnosed with cataract years ago, I couldn't go to the hospital because of fear. Last month, when the blindness was too much, I searched for a compulsory hospital and doctor, as a result of the comments made on the eye hospitals I found on the internet, I decided on Muğla Southern Eye Hospital. I had an operation. Thank God, Op.Dr Semih Samut had great luck. He will be operated on on my left eye on 03/08/2021. When my relative M Mert in Mersin told that he had the same problem, he decided to come to Muğla for surgery. Endless love, respect and respect to the hospital front office, accounting, operating room staff, all nurses, especially Samut, and Zeynep nurse who prepared me for surgery. I found a humane approach with the service.

I don't even give stars. My mother's two eyes were cataracts, she could not see, they were going to operate on the eye that saw the light better, Ali Tepe (an extremely rude and disrespectful doctor !!!!) tried to interfere with my mother's wrong eye, her eye had blood and tincture of iodine. 5 minutes after entering the operating room. Then they hurriedly pulled the woman out because we were not doing it. My mother, who was given sedatives, was asleep even when entering the operating room in her wheelchair, how could she not stay calm? They pulled the sleeve of her sweater over the needle without even removing the needle that they put in my mother's vascular access. That's how they sent it home. When I noticed it at home, we had to get it out. I asked for the examinations made, first the file was mentioned above, and then we do not give it, I was reprimanded that the file was not available. so many more things, but that's the summary.

Since my father had diabetes, he had problems seeing constantly. We went to Güney Göz hospital and when you first entered the hospital, we were very impressed by the friendly face of the staff, who greeted you gently and listened and directed your complaint. I had concerns about what kind of a path was followed before the operation, but after coming here, I had a comfortable operation with the attention and support of the doctors. When we bought one product from a company, we thought that all the members of the company should take care of us as if they bought the company. I bought this product from you, just assemble it or give it back. As if the company has no other customers :) In short, when you enter through the door in Guney Eye Hospital, 2 smiling women give you a turn. Then they tell you the actions to be taken in sweet language. Your eye measurement is done and you are talking to the doctor. Thanks to Ali, he explained everything to my father one by one. My father even asked for surgery. Since she had some nervousness about the surgery, I decided to trust Ali on the way back home, so that she would have the surgery next week. I suggested the hospital to many people after my father. Nobody told me that he was not satisfied. Some of our friends went to Semih and some to Ali. He stated that they were all very satisfied and the price was affordable compared to other hospitals. I know that a doctor will tell you that he will be a good and honest doctor while he is taking the hypocratical oath. The doctor's job is to give healing. Since I have not encountered such a request in other private hospitals, I thought that it was the cunning mentality of the Anatolian town, who charged 185 TL for examination fee and calculated the tax or credit card commission that would be given over 15 TL. Since it is not possible to "physically" raise the instrument used for Visual Acuity Examination when sitting on a non-adjustable examination chair - I have been doing an eye examination for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a glitch - - that my face should be in the tool I couldn't stand it like that. In the hasty examination, I stated that I was not examined properly, I said that I would spend thousands of dollars to buy progressive glasses and that I did not think that the measurements were made correctly. I asked another doctor what he would say about the finding of astigmatism in the eye examination I had a year ago. By the way, it was understood that they measured +3.00 reading glasses incorrectly as +3.00 and +2.75 (right after the examination, I had one of the opticians measure the glasses and it was confirmed to be +3.00 on the right-left). immediately changed. He kept arguing that the prescription he gave would not cause any problems, and he kept repeating that he wasted time. I don't understand how people dare to undergo eye surgery to a private hospital doctor who does such a cursory eye examination, who can't bear to see hundreds of patients a day, and who examines them with the spirit of a state hospital doctor. I was not satisfied with the eye examination and I will see another eye doctor. I do not recommend this hospital or doctor to anyone."
