★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth it for the view of the city and the lake, but the castle itself is not very special. Access to the castle is somehow confusing and not easy, as you have to walk a lot where public transport doesn't reach, or drive. Entrance 5 TL but some people go around from the park and don't pay. At the entrance there is a tea place and also you can buy some postcards or souvenirs.

The way up and down a bit slippery, so prepare a comfortable shoes and get some water with you.
Entrance fee is 12 liras, which is reasonable for such a nice sight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its kinda hiking with impressive slope :) be prepared for a 20 min foot pain but at the end u see the whole city under you. Should go definitely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful Castle. You have to visit! You can see the city site and also on the other side you can see Van lake. It is a little bit hard to find the entrance to the Castle. And also there are two-part divided.
