When I came to Muğla for a business trip, I stayed. Frankly, I liked it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious. I liked that my room opened onto the green garden (I stayed on the ground floor). It was well above my expectations. In the meantime, thank you and congratulations to the employees. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, high quality, but because the floors are marble, I think you sleep in a warm room. And in the morning, the hardworking friends at the reception forgot to smile and they greet me with their forced working attitude.

I called the hotel and asked for the price. The next day, I received a message from three lawyers. You did not make a reservation and did not come. 30 thousand lira compensation case and 3000 lira lawyer fee.. certain scam system but I don't think the hotel owner is aware of it, it must be an employee who thinks he is cunning :) funny I called at 1:30 last night

I think it's the best hotel in Muğla Center, you don't need to look for an adventure. The rooms are immaculate and of high quality, the hygiene is at the highest level, the location is central. Breakfast is small but of good quality.

I made a reservation at the Carissa Hotel on 28.02.2022 to stay for 4 nights, and I specifically informed that I prefer a non-smoking room. It is reported that any room of the hotel is non-smoking. However, apart from the room allocated to me on the ground floor, there were ashtrays in both rooms (I saw the second room as a change was offered) and it was stated that the customers drank in the garden because it could be opened from the room to the garden, and then entered the room. As a result, the smell of cigarette is completely absorbed into the room where a smoker smokes and enters in the heat (more than likely, it is possible to smoke without even closing the room door), and this situation is very disturbing for a non-smoker. For this reason, when I wanted to check out by stating that I was uncomfortable (which was half an hour, although I stopped and informed that I wanted to check out), a fee was charged. On the other hand, when I had to stay, when I informed that the air conditioner did not heat the room even though it worked for 1.5 hours, the staff came to check and re-adjusted the air conditioner panel keys (the new setting was the same as my setting) and informed that it would warm up in 5 minutes. Unfortunately the air conditioner only started to heat up at midnight. In this establishment, which has the phrases "100% customer satisfaction oriented...", "100% guest satisfaction principle..." separately in the Company Profile and Mission sections, it is inconsistent with customer satisfaction to charge a fee for the service not provided even though I have expressed my discomfort.
