Very nice hotel in the center of Mugla, everything is near by walk. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Haven't seen a more luxurious hotel before. The only thing I didn't like about it is that they copied our id card into their computer during check in.

The hotel is beautiful, it has big rooms. As it is in the center of Mugla. You can find restaurants by walking. It has a free car park. Breakfast is very good.

Beautifully kept, you're getting a luxury hotel for basic price. Indoor swimming pool, sauna,steam room all included in the price!! The rooms are spacious and have big comfy beds, everything you need is there. Breakfast is also included and more than enough to set you up for the day. Lastly all the staff but especially the young lad on reception are friendly and helpful!!! Oh also good position for center of town for shops and amenities easily walkable.I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were charged for complimentary items in the gym. A staff member in the gym invaded my partners personal space when we disputed the hidden charges. Other gym staff were amused and laughed. The hotel manager seemed sympathetic but told us the gym and pool are operated by a different company. As a resolution to our concerns, the manager waived the cost of two glasses of orange juice for our breakfast. The air conditioner stopped working so we needed to change rooms. The new room smelt like cigarette smoke. Location was convenient with shops and restaurants very close. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options although not everything is free as advertised. The lack of oversight and control that the hotel has over gym staff is concerning. We will never return to the hotel because my partner does not feel safe in the gym due to the aggressive and mob mentality of the gym staff.

Absolute luxury . We came to Mugla for the first time (it won’t be the last) and after an enjoyable day booked into this hotel. It was wonderful in everyway ,the staff were lovely ,and at breakfast very attentive. It was a lovely Turkish breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel Pat and Alan Richardson. Five stars
