Из плюсов: Wi-Fi бесплатный, большая кухня с посудой, большой холодильник, жил один, отношение цена и качество оптимальное. Море 40 метров, первая береговая линия. Оплата через Booking.com. Розетки над каждой кроватью это хорошо.
Из минусов: нет горячей воды, нет душа, только шланг в туалете с холодной водой, не убрано, мрачно, нет туалетной бумаги, прохладно ночью в марте, нет отопления, входная дверь не закрывается, сломаны шкафчики для ценных вещей. Требуется капитальный ремонт.
Отличное место для настоящих спартанцев. Думаю что с открытием туристического сезона, тут будет шикарно, востановительные работы ведутся.

From the pros: Wi-Fi is free, a large kitchen with dishes, a large refrigerator, lived alone, the ratio of price and quality is optimal. The sea is 40 meters, the first coastline. Payment via Booking.com. The sockets above each bed are good.
Cons: no hot water, no shower, only a hose in the toilet with cold water, not cleaned, gloomy, no toilet paper, cool at night in March, no heating, front door does not close, lockers for valuables are broken. Major repairs required.
A great place for real Spartans. I think that with the opening of the tourist season, it will be gorgeous here, restoration work is underway.

If you want staying very close to the beach, this is your place in this category of budget hostel. Located in Konyaalti (west of Antalya at 5km of downtown), the building is attached to Duran Apartment, at 50 meters of the beach. The location is perfect. The other guesthouses in Antalya are located in the city. The youth hostel is well equipped: kitchen with 2 fridges, gaz cookers, dishes, big table, dispenser of water, 4 bathrooms with hot water and toilets. Dormitory is spacious with storages, armchairs and sofa. Each private bed has a curtain and light. Wifi is good and works in each part of the hostel. Friendly welcome. Relaxing atmosphere. I like this place so much
