Korsan Camping

Pros: very good food (köfte), good personal attitude of the hosts, excellent wifi. Cons: the territory and the man-made things could’ve been done better/could be maintained better

We haven’t stayed at camping, but we have visited the cafe there. And it is very nice. People there are just wonderful!

Good camping place with a nice food and friendly stuff, it was also cheap. Minus is there is not enough grass on the territory. But it is just the characteristic of the ground here.

Wonderful place and wonderful owners! So nice people! It was heavy storm so I went to the common space, cafe, to steer clear from my tent while hail fell. The family shared their dinner with me and it was simple and delicious. Then I was packed with extra snacks for free, they treated me as their personal guest. I appreciate this a lot, guys, many thanks! As for the place itself, besides my personal impressions, it's well organized, you can pitch your tent on a platform, it's convenient. Every platform is covered with a kind of sunscreen, it might be great in summer. There are couple of wc and showers, they are fine. Not Hilton, but ok for hiker. The sea (pirate bay) is about 5 min walk and that's great also. But if you walk 5 more min to the right there is one more wonderful spot with sandy bottom starts 5-7 m from the pebble shore. As it was previously mentioned every platform has its own socket and light. The price is great and lower then neighbouring camp sites offer. Btw they were empty while Korsan hosted many campers (I stayed 2 nights), not overcrowded, there where many spots avail. One more pro: they have kitchen and they cook tasty for moderate price.

Beautiful place to relax right at the seaside. Really nice accomodations and friendly people.

Overall we enjoyed our weekend with own tent. For those rigorous and looking for safety it is not recommendable, but for us okey for weekend escape, the prate bay is amazing spot to swim. It is challenging place for small kids or elderly people. The guests were not attentive for their trashes and that generates huge black fly population. Only place to hide from fly inside the tent. Common facilities such as toilet, showers, common kitchen not maintained well and dirty It is nice to sleep in a forest with nature, but the roosters wakes you up very early and they are crowing next to tent ?

We came in the middle of the night with no reservations (tho it was end of June) and luckily found that they have set up tents with mattresses. Place is amazing for camping. It is very close to the beach and Korsan koyu. There are no markets near so come prepared. Also, around noon when it gets too hot it is better to be near the beach cause some tents aren’t completely in shadow.
