★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor hygiene in the rooms. The bathroom was in awful condition when we checked in. Hairs in the sink and in the bathtub. Not flushed toilet. Clearly not cleaned in the right way. The blanket on one of the beds was wet. In the next days, the housekeepers did not do a good job of cleaning either. The location may be good with regards to sightseeing, however, there is nothing else close by. Meals are very annoying, as there are a lot of people waiting in a line for the buffet staff to fill in their plates, but the majority of the staff does not speak English. Would not recommend. This is not a 5 stars hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place needs a lot of changes. The window was broken. You could hear all the passing cars and at 5 in the morning smell the fried onion. The toilet wasn't clean at all. Beds are awful. 2 mattress one on top of each other but both in a bad condition. The shower, well it was a challenge to use it. The food is less than average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are reasonably spacious, some views to the baloons in the morning. Some rooms face the kitchen ventilation, so it's too noisy to open the window. The food is pretty terrible and the serving staff is impatient if you want to try more things. Dodgy WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really not that great. No WiFi signals in rooms, and the rooms are pretty shady. Pillows and sheets not fresh/clean and really shabby. The pool has algae all over. Food is bad aswell.. highly not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is not even near the definition of a 5 star hotel, it's definitely would be a 5* hotel BUT from the bottom.
The food taste is not upto mark at all.
There's no place nearby, feels like a hotel on the highway. There are big gaps in the room doors. The wifi service is v.weak, you have to face difficulty in charging your phones because no charging ports are available. The bathroom drains were partially clogged.
Highly NOT recommended try and find a better place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great stay in this Hotel. I enjoyed a lot in the hotel and they have a great waiter there in the Bar, Haci Mustafa. I can give 5 star to this Hotel because of his hospitality. I had a clean room, regulary cleaned bed and they fill up what is missed like shampoo and Body wash.
Foods are great and I met some new friends from Krygstan and Maldives during my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is excellent with service. Room needs bit more to be clean with all necessary facilities of a 5 star grade. Need big TV with good channels, toileteries, bed to be of good quality as very weak quirky noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *we stayed in winter* as a group of three people we had to get an extra bed, they gave us the same exact extra bed with the same comfiness!, the room was always clean and warm so was the toilet, PLUS we had the most amazing view from our balcony, the internet was good not the best but GOOD, the water was always warm no matter how many showers we took!!, the laundry service was excellent! cheap and extremely good. As a vegetarian i had A LOT of options to choose from which was surprising,, i really thank the chefs and the staff working there for working their best, hoping to come back this summer <333 till then, have a good one ? stay safe ! .
