★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 days and didn't like it. They had no wi-fi for the duriation of my stay and the rooms were on the small side. They have an indoor pool which is paid extra and an outdoor pool which is free. The only good thing here was the restaurant which had a pretty good selection of food. I expected better from a 5* hotel. Would not return here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average at best. Hotel reception and areas look lovely and clean but the bathrooms really need to be redone. Shower cubicals plastic and old. Not a pleasant sight. Also, not sure how clean they are as the complementary shower gels etc were half full and we had an almost finished toilet roll! No balcony. Heating system in rooms was fab, everywhere else a little cold. Food.... Go's don't even bother!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanna go shopping, spa, massage Just go down to lobby hotel cz it's there...but of course with high price..if you want something cheap like indomie you can buy it to the front shop outside the hotel.

Building looks old adding to the spookiness of place
Window was very small with no real view (in our part of building)
Locality is good near the river of Cappadocia
They offer breakfast (so so) and dinner (good)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a beautiful hotel! great hospitality- food was perfect, the spa was lovely. I had a great stay, they made my holiday so much greater. i will 100% be coming again soon, and bring the rest of my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in a lovely town of Avanos, within several minutes walk from the town centre. The rooms are clean and neat, the open buffet food is tasty and of a great variety. The hotel offers both indoor and outdroor swimming pools. The staff are helpful and the service is fast.
