Hiçbir şey iyi değil....iyi hiç söylemem ...( 2021 Mart ayında Yuvacık'taki Paşadağ cd'deki daireyi görmeye geldik , Bahçekent sitesi. O sırada dairenin fiyatı 139.000 liraydı. Daireyi beğendim... Mobilyalarımızı yerleştirmek için yeterli alan olup olmadığını anlamak ve ayrıca ön satın alma koşulları üzerinde anlaşmak için daireye tekrar bakmak istedik.... Zorluklarla karşılaştığımız yer burası (... Yani ... Bize "rahatsızlık yarattığımızı" emlakçı söylemeye başladı bana... Bu cevaba çok şaşırdım... Sonuçta, insanlar daire satın almayı seçiyorlar , ama külot değil.... Ancak , daireyi ikinci kez bana gösterdi... Nasıl diyalog yapılacağını bilmeyen ve kasıtlı olarak yanlış bilgi veren, yani yalan söyleyen emlakçılar için zaman kaybetmeyin..!. This answer surprised me. Because around 21.30 in the evening, our friend called the same real estate agent and asked if the flat was for sale. The answer came: "Yes! I'm selling it." ... Of course I realized that the answer they gave me in the morning was a lie ! I wonder where can you find a customer who is in a hurry to apply for a loan to the bank at 9 am overnight? What I want to say in general: dear people !!! Be careful !!! Do not waste time on real estate agents who do not know how to dialogue and deliberately give false information, that is, lie..!. The flat I wrote so far is for sale on sahibinden.com website. already at the price of 150,000 instead of the previous 139,000.
