★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 yaşında aracımı bile hala Renault Ernaza gönül rahatlığıyla götürüp teslim ettiğim bir işletme.Servis sonrası herhangi bir sorun ile karşılaştığınızda geri bildiriminize istinaden sorunu halletmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar Bu işte ve mantikda olan Ernaz servis müdürü Yasin Zurnacı Beye, Müşteri danışmanı Kayhan Beye,Mekanik Ustaları Ramazan beye ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim elinize emeğinize sağlık.Fiyatlarda ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar.Ancak fiyatları piyasaya göre daha makul yapsa Renault Çok daha fazla kesime hitap edecekler.En azından benim gibi takıntılı olan insanlar Yetkili servis diye daha çok tercih ve rahat ederler.Tesekkurler Renault Ernaz.
Even at the age of 9, I still take my vehicle to Renault Ernaza and deliver it with peace of mind. When you encounter any problem after the service, they do their best to solve the problem based on your feedback. Ernaz service manager Yasin Zurnacı Bey, Customer consultant Kayhan Bey, Mechanical Masters. I would like to thank Mr. Ramazan one by one, thank you for your effort. They try to do their best in prices. However, Renault will appeal to much more segments if the prices are more reasonable compared to the market. At least people who are obsessed like me prefer and feel more comfortable as an Authorized Service. Thank you Renault. Ernaz.
