★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 ay sonra ulaştırmak üzere (!) dağıtıma çıkardığınız kargomu iki kere evde olmadığım gerekçesiyle geri götürdünüz. Numara üzerinden kargo sahibi olarak beni aramak, hiç olmadı mesaj atmak bu kadar zor olmamalı.
You took back my cargo, which you took out for distribution (!) to be delivered 2.5 months later, on the grounds that I was not at home twice. As the cargo owner, it shouldn't be this hard to call me and send a message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom 1 gün de konya dan bursa ya geldi ama 3 gündür evime gelemedi dagitimdan.Sizin yapacağınız ise tüküreyim kar varken anlayış gösterdik zorda kalmasın kimse diye ama karda yok artk tamamen keyfi bekletiliyor kargo.Kesinlikle PTT kargonun mahkeme yoluyla kapatılması lazım hiç bir işe yaramıyor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 gün oldu kargom dağıtım bekliyor .telefon ile arıyorum sürekli meşgul .bursaya kargo gönderecekler kesinlikle ptt kargoyu tercih etmesinler.isyan ettirdiler beni karşı tarafta ki alıcı teslim almaya gitti onada vermiyorlar.amaciniz ne anlayamıyorum. yapacağınız işi.......şikayet için e devlet üzerinden. Ptt genel müdürlüğü. Talep öneri şikayet başvurusu ve takip. Bölümünden yapabilirsiniz.
It's been 9 days. My parcel is waiting for delivery. I'm calling by phone. It's always busy. They will send cargo to Bursa. They should definitely not prefer PTT cargo. They made me rebel. The buyer on the other side went to receive delivery, and they don't give it to him. I can't understand what your purpose is. the job you will do.......to make a complaint via e-government. PTT headquarters. Request suggestion complaint application and follow-up. You can do it from the section.
