Telefonda konustuguyla yapılanlar çok farklı sorunu çözmek için aradığımızda ise yapariz tekrar göndeririz ve sonrasında telefonları açmıyorlar. Biz başka şehirden taşındık o yüzden hiç kendilerini görmedik. Eşim dükkanlarına gitti ücretin bir kısmını aldı çünkü ne tuvalet ne banyo ne mutfak dolapları hiç bir yer yapılmamıştı. Sadece camlarımız silinmiş balkonlarımız bile yikanmamis. A house that's not cleaned up just wiped out the windows. Evin boş olduğunu malzemelerini ona göre almaları gerektiğini firmaya ilettim. Gönderdikleri süpürge çalışmamış. 2 tane temizlik elemanında telefon yok kimseye ulaşmamışlar. İnşaat pisliğini süpürge olmadan silerek temizlemeye çalışmışlar. Ben geldiğimde firmayı aradım süpürge istedim. Telefonda konuştuğum bayan benle süpürge istedim diye kavga etti. Süpürge getiremem dedi. Elemanlarına nasıl dönerseniz dönün gelip sizi almıyoruz dedi. Daha sonra bayanın oğullarından biri süpürge getirdi ama süpürgenin sopasını getirmemişler sadece ucuyla süpürge oldu... İnşaatın alçı tozunu iyice yerlere işlettiler. Camları silmişler ama pervaz kısımlarında moloz dolu bırakmışlar. Yanlarında getirdikleri malzemeler asla işe yaramaz... Kullandıkları deterjanlar asla kokmuyor temizlemiyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum 1 yıldız bile çok - 5 yıldız... Paranıza yazık. Berbat ötesi bir şirket!!! I called to clean up the construction mess. We could not stay at home because the house was empty and for some reason I was able to come home at 14.30. I told the company that the house was empty and they had to buy their supplies. The cleaner they sent didn't work. There are no phone numbers in two cleaning staff. They tried to wipe up the construction debris without a broom. I called the company when I arrived I wanted a broom. The lady I talked to had a fight with me because I wanted a broom. He said he couldn't bring a broom. He said, "No matter how you get back to your staff, we don't come and get you." Then one of the lady's sons brought a broom, but they did not bring the stick of the broom was just the tip of the broom. They wiped the windows, but left rubble on the moldings. The materials they bring will never work ... The detergents they use never smell and clean. Definitely don't recommend 1 star even too - 5 star ... Pity your money. A lousy company !!!
