Reşat USTA is always one step ahead in Kahta with its cleanliness, reliability and taste of its hand. Both quality and reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aşçı tabağı 25 tl. Normal bir çeşit yemek aldığınızda 20 tl. 1 sürahi ayran önümüze konuluyor yanında bir kişilik salata. Pide ekmeği ile servis ediliyor. Mekan çok büyük değil fakat parasını kuruşu kuruşuna hak ediyor. Özellikle karışık (aşçı tabağını) tavsiye ederim. Pilav üzeri iki üç tane kavurma, yanında 3-4 çeşit yemekten 1 er kaşık(büyük servis kaşıklarından). Gayet doyurucu. Mekan öyle lüks değil. Yemeklerin başındaki abi gayet konuşkan ve samimi. Esnaf lokantası tarzı bi yerde karnımı doyurup günü kapatayım diyenler için bire bir.
Chef's plate 25 TL. 20 TL when you buy a normal kind of food. 1 jug of buttermilk is placed in front of us, accompanied by a salad for one person. It is served with pita bread. The place is not very big but it is worth every penny of its money. I especially recommend the mixed (cook platter). Two or three roasts on rice, and 1 spoon each (from large serving spoons) of 3-4 kinds of food. Quite satisfying. The place is not that luxurious. The brother at the head of the meals is very talkative and sincere. For those who want to fill their stomach and close the day in a place like an artisan restaurant.
