★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteriye karşı tavrınız çok alaycı. Ne söylersek işi yokuşa sürerek mantıksız cevaplar alıyoruz. Bir değişim yapacaktık, biz sanki hiç anlamıyormuşuz gibi davranıp, kabul etmediler. Halbuki hiç kullanılmayan ürünleri tüm firmalar kolay bir şekilde değiştiriyor.
Your attitude towards the customer is very cynical. Whatever we say, we get unreasonable answers by going downhill. We were going to make a change, they pretended we didn't understand at all and they didn't accept it. However, all companies easily change the products that are never used.
