There is oven in suites but you cant find even a spoon ?. Air condition was out af work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very bad. I rent a room with kitchen and wi-fi. I get the room without kitchen, almost without wi-fi, with a lot of noise at 4am, general manager of hotel wanted to beat me and called the police for me. Police don't understand English, so they heard about all of this from him and they wanted to take me to police station. So, pictures of their rooms are good, but they are liers and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After we were rejected by a hotel in the center of Erzurum due to crowds, at our request we were tipped and they called Bora hotel if they had a room left for us. Immediately the price of a standard room was mentioned. On our way to Bora hotel we checked the prices of Bora hotel and saw that the price proposed to us was almost 100TL higher than indicated on web. This was corrected immediately after we pointed this out.
In addition, it is one of the smallest rooms we stayed in during our trip. Staff are friendly and suggested we put our motorbike in a locked garage for our peace of mind. The food was good and varied. The bed and shower was comfortable. But the bathroom ceiling was half open. You could see the sewage pipes and other pipes. That didn't look fresh. The bathroom was also very cramped.
