★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu firmadan ağustos ayında eylül aynın 15inde taşınacak şekilde ev kiraladım. eylül 15 oldu ekim 15, ekim 15 oldu kasım 15 anca taşınabildim. hala evimin doğal gazı açılmış değil. sadece kontratı yapıp parayı alana kadar herşey ardından hizmet sıfır. sinir stres sahibi olmak istemiyorsanız bu firmadan uzak durun.
I rented a house from this company in August to be moved on the 15th of September. september 15 became october 15, october 15 became october 15, but I was able to move. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erzurum'da Gayrimenkul danışmanlığı ayağa düşmüş.. Güvenilmeyen, güvensizlik arzeden, birbirlerinden haberi olmayan, yaptıkları işin arkasında durmayan bir yer.. Sahibi bile sözünde durmuyor.. Bu emlakçı çalışanları keyfe keder iş yapıyorlar ve emanete hıyanet içindeler.. Teslim ettiğiniz evi ne mümkün ki öyle alabilesiniz..! Emlakçı mı, hatır-gönül işi yapan bir yer mi ?. sorumluluk anlayışı sıfır.. şu anda evim bu adamların yüzünden boş kaldı.. Kiraya verdikleri kişinin evi gösteremeyeceğini, göstermeyeceğini ! Bunun bir hak olduğunu iddia ettiler. Oysa 2 ay öncesinden eve kiracı adayı verilen randevu saatinde getirilir. Evimi bir bayan öğrenci diye yalvar yakar verdiler.. Öğrenci tek diye evi tuttu , 2 bayan arkadaş daha .. yetmedi üstüne 2 de köpek getirdiler.. KÖpek beslenirmiş.. kimden izin aldınız? apartmanda oturanlardan rızalık aldınız mı. Ama bu emlakçı evin giden halıflekslerini kendisinin yerine koyacağını belirttiği halde 1 aydır halıfleksler ortada yok.. buraya yazdırdığınız çakma yorumlarla insanları kandırmayın.. yorumların hepsi sahte isimlerle yazılmış.. önceki yorumumu da silmişler

Even the owner does not keep his word.. These real estate agents are doing business with arbitrary and betraying the trust.. How is the house you delivered? so that you can get it..! Is it a realtor or a place that does heartfelt work?. zero sense of responsibility.. my house is empty right now because of these men.. the person they rented cannot and will not show the house! They claimed it was a right. However, 2 months before the tenant candidate is brought to the house at the appointed appointment time. They begged my house to be a female student.. The student kept the house alone, 2 more female friends.. not enough, they brought 2 dogs.. The dog was fed.. From whom did you get permission? Did you get consent from the people living in the apartment? But although this real estate agent stated that he will replace the lost carpets of the house, the carpets have not been found for 1 month.. do not deceive people with the fake comments you have written here.. all of the comments were written with fake names.. they deleted my previous comment as well.
