Amazing view we enjoyed our stay

Really beautiful views. Very stylish villa with a nice privat pool, very clean. Especially the kitchen is very modern and clean. Equipped with everything you need. It is highly recommended to have a rental car

This villa is great for value of money paid. Fits a family or group of friends. If u plan to go there u better rent a car so commuting be easier. The view is nice the pool is great and its very clean. Location is ok.

Wow what a disappointment. I don’t know where to start, but if you’re looking to book this house, think at least 5 times after reading this review. This is also a complain to Airbnb, and sending same feedback to Airbnb support. First of many, there’s no privacy in this place and they won’t respect your private area. The guy from management, named Murat, came to our house at random times without letting us know in advance. It’s same everywhere in the world, if you rent a place from Airbnb or any other platform, this is your private residence during the time of the booking. Eventhough we clearly communicated that they need to let us know when they come to the house, they rejected it and kept coming and broke into our privacy several times. He was literally observing the house 24 hours, checking who’s coming in and out, and said we can’t have guests if there are more than 6 people at a time, which is the max allowed during the stay. Imagine you’re paying premium money to rent a private house, and you can’t even have your guests to visit you. Second issue is totally a fraud. It doesn’t state about deposit on the listing, and even if there’s a deposit needed, it should be stated on the listing, and should be charged through Airbnb system. But they asked $500 CASH deposit when we first came to the house, and they said it’s only for big damages such as broken doors, broken furnitures etc. But from the day 1, from the first use of the shower at lower floor, the shower was clogged and the water didn’t go through the water outlet. And water went outside of the bathroom and came to the flooring on bedroom because there’s nothing built to block the water at shower door. We immediately stopped using this shower, cleaned the water and told the management about the issue. The Murat guy from management said, it’s not a big problem, and they would come to fix it. But they didn’t come to fix it for two days, we couldn’t used the shower, and the water gave some damage to the flooring because noone came to fix it at right time. And when we were about to checkout, house owner, Kemal, came and said they are keeping all of our deposit because we made damage to the flooring. Eventhough this is totally their mistake, they didn’t return our deposit. They kept all of our money for no reason, and when we insisted on getting this money back, they started to threaten us. Kemal said he would call the law enforcement claiming we did “illegal things” in the house, and said “you smell like an alcohol”. And some other things Kemal said: “I will finish your lifes” “You think you have money renting this house, i’m richer than all of you” “I know President Tayyip Erdogan, you’ll regret” The other guy from management Murat, went much more ahead, and literally threatened us saying “I WILL CUT YOUR THROAT” And it was the last point we could stand, and we couldn’t stay there anymore, left all the deposit, so we can save our lives. Last but not least, there’s literally nothing in the house for guests as convenience. Most of the times, at least two days, there was no water or very little water coming out of showers, and we couldn’t take shower some evenings. Imagine you’re paying hundreds of dollars and can’t take even shower or wash your hands. There was no hand soap, only 1 toilet paper for 5 days of stay, no coffee, no cleaning service, even if you want to pay extra, no cleaning supplies when we wanted to clean ourselves. And ironically, the cleaning was one of the other reasons for keeping the deposit. Long story short, these people are rude, immoralist, disrespectful, and the house itself doesn’t worth the money at all. Only thing nice is the view, but there are many other places that would make your vacation better. Make favor to yourself and look for another place for you, your friends and family. Cok cok cok buyuk bir hayalkirikligi. Bu evi veya bu sirketin baska bir evini tutmayi dusunuyorsaniz bidaha dusunun.

We stayed at the smaller villa, it wad beautiful with an amazing view. But the area is really far out from everything and was difficult to find any taxis.

We are happy to stay in the villa. The place is clean and spacious, all services are available, and the most important thing is the beautiful view Thank u for perfect service ?

The Villa was clean. It has 3 bed rooms with their bathrooms and one toilet ground floor . A balcony and a large terrace. A private pool and garden. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is open on living room. The staff was friendly and helpful specially Mrs. Muggy One thing I didn’t like the villa was on a mountain. you should have your own car or you need to call taxi when ever you wanted to go anywhere. It’s quite and safe community.
