★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padelo diye bir alete bindik. Biz sıradayken iki personel birbirine bağırdılar ve biz orda yaklaşık 10 dakika bekletildik bu hiç hoşuma gitmedi. Sonra alete bindiğimizde kolu çalışmıyordu. Ve kimse biz binmeden hiçbir yerini kontrol etmemişti. Sonra inmek istediğimizi belirttik ama kimse bizimle ilgilenmedi. Sonra birisi gördü ve ukala bir şekilde " Niye geldiniz. Gidin" dedi. Bizde inmek istediğimizi belirttik fakat hala"Niye?" Diye sormaya başladı. Bizi kıyıya aldıklarında yine kolun çalışmadığını söyledik o da baktı ve " Haa. Sizin kolunuz kırıkmış." Dedi. Hiçbir güvenlik önlemi yok. Sonra bize " Başkasına binin." Dediler ama biz paramızın iadesini istedik. Ve verdiler. Zaten kolun heryeri pas tutmuştu ve heryeri çok kötü durumdaydı. Kesinlikle bu fiyatı haketmiyor. Çok pahalı.
 We got on an instrument called Padelo. While we were in queue, the two staff shouted at each other and we were kept there for about 10 minutes. Then when we got on the device, his arm didn't work. And no one had checked anywhere before we boarded. Then we said we wanted to get out, but nobody cared about us. Then someone saw and said in a cocky manner, "Why did you come. Go." We said we wanted to get off, but it's still "Why?" She began to ask. When they took us ashore, we said that the arm was not working again, and he looked and said, "Haa. Your arm is broken." Said. No security measures. Then he said, "Get on someone else." They said, but we wanted our money back. And they did. Anyway, the arm had rusted all over, and it was in very bad shape. It certainly doesn't deserve this price. Very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever! We booked the parasailing activity and when the wind was “too rough” we weren’t able to get our money back.
This resulted into a major argument and we still didn’t get our money back. It has left me furious, they have the worst customer service and do not know how to run a business. They also have little kids working for them which is classed as child labour. I do NOT advise anyone to visit this company or book any activities with them. They have branches all over Gümbet beach. The man who runs the business named ‘Peter Pan’ was so rude and disrespectful and does not know what customer service means!!!!!
