★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved every minute. Friendly staff kind and helpful; in loved the Turkish food. I had a nice room with balcony on 4th floor with views of the sea and coastline and short walk down to Ladies beach. Bus stopped at end of hotel for Kusadasi. I was on my own but had a great time Definitely stay there again.
I was there a week from 11th to 18th July and felt the money I paid fo BB and dinner was excellent value

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 10 nights in August 2019. Service was overall awful. Unhygienic and filthy. They didn't change our sheets, not even once in 10 days (even though we asked). Towels had rust stains and were half torn from usage. Smelt like polluted air.
Staff was really rude, especially the waiters who couldn't be more impolite. They were supposed to serve food and clean up afterwards, but instead of letting us finish our food in peace, they kept lurking over us like hawks. We were even asked a couple of times if we "were done" with our food so they could take the plates, which is in my opinion, completely disrespectful. Front desk was unable to speak English. We used body language to communicate.
Overall, this 'hotel' seems to be run by a family, or close friends since they don't have a dress code, act overly casual in a rude way and have a 10-year-old girl working in the kitchen??
On the first day, we were welcomed by getting a cheap room we didn't pay for. It was only the next day we got our room.
Breakfast loft was completely filthy, from cutlery to heating pans for storing food and glasses. Everything was covered in month-old stains and grease. L I T E R A L L Y, the pot stains I photographed on the first day, were still there on the last day. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel. Once I asked for a glass to carry to my room upstairs and was given a used coffee glass from the sink!!!??? Once I asked for a clean one, the young waiter with constantly dirty shoes, handed me another one with a condescending attitude and tone. Is it really too much to ask for a clean glass?
As for the food, we were supposed to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel (as we previously paid), but food was so awful that most days we had to eat elsewhere. What a waste of money? Some of the guests got food poisoning from dinner. I recall desperate parents calling doctors in the middle of the night because their babies got food poisoning from dinner that night.
Dinner wasn't particularly problematic, there were occasionally some delicious cooked meals, with awful side dishes. I mean, what respectable hotel puts cheap ketchup on boiled potatoes or plain pasta and calls it a side dish? Eggs were 40% of the menu here.
Which lead us to - BREAKFAST. What makes this hotel special is that all the leftovers they have from dinner, they use to make breakfast. Leftover tomato salad is mixed with leftover eggs or other salad, fried and served as breakfast. D I S G U S T I N G. Greasy and unappetizing. 2-3 times we were served chopped excuse for a salami (WHICH THEY FED CATS WITH IN FRONT OF OUR EYES) covered with eggs and oven baked. What the f*ck was that?
One morning, the old lady posing as the chef was making 'crepes" like omelette. One of the more disgusting things I witnessed during my stay. We had to wait in like for 20 minute to get a crepe which she made in front of us so we wouldn't have to eat boiled eggs for 10 days straight.
When called to order Turkish coffee, we were asked to climb downstairs and pick it up ourselves. So much for the room service.
Pool is something I didn't dare try.
Hotel was swarming with dozens cats. Inside, outside, in the loft. EVERYWHERE.
Unhygienic and not allergy-friendly. Waiters kept feeding them with food displayed in the breakfast loft. Not classy.
We got stuck in an elevator which was allegedly broken even though there was no sign!!! We screamed for help and nobody came to help for 10 minutes until the issue resolved itself.
When you check out, and while you wait for your room you need to use the toilet downstairs which is covered in feces and urine and misses doorknobs.
Interestingly, across from this toilet is the 'spa'.
This place does't deserve to be called a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just come back from Blue Sea hotel and Kusadasi place. And, no doubt, I had the best holiday of my life. The hotel is absolutely amazing and extremely cheap for the money I paid. The rooms are clean every day, food is excellent! I liked the most two things, cats and a lot of animals, and how people in Turkey treat them and respect them-Turkish people in Kusadasi should be an example for the whole world and how to respect animals. And the second and most important thing is people. Yusuf, Asuman, Ali, and Hulya are the most gentle and beautiful people I have met in Kusadasi. They made me feel so much nice and comfortable like I was at home. And not to forget, the sea is less than 1 minute far away from the hotel. Love you guys, be sure you will see me and my friend again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished my holiday in Kusadasi and was a guest of this hotel for 10 days.
One of the worst hygiene that I ever found in the hotels. When we arrived room stinks, bathroom wasn't clean as well, bed sheets wasn't washed as well. We had to do disinfection of everything due to pandemic.
There is no WIFI in the rooms (only on reception and it's strictly limited so after few connected devices access point is full)
Poor food type and variety. You would get almost the same food every day for breakfasts and dinners
They cary about 30 cats in the hotel. I like them but it's not a normal to let them to act like in zoo. They jumped everywhere including tables and plates while you eating, going to the kitchen where food was prepared...
Maids cleaned the room everyday, but it was very poorly and missing sparkly cleaning. Also we didn't get clean towels until we didn't ask for them even we didn't have anyone cleaned.
Several locks are broken and one rusty but nobody care about that.
Highly recommended to avoid this hotel. It does not deserve 2 stars. Many other guests are also disappointed. It is close to sea but it is not worthy of hosting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furninure is old, not squeaky clean but fair enough. Food is great and the stuff extreemly friendly and cooperative. They would go an extra mile if you ask nicely.
The SPA is the only part I would avoid. The sauna is out of order. I was not satisfied with the massage but it is my point of view, other people might like it. They don't speak much English. A minute from Ladies Beach, a second from dolmush 5. Great location. Good value for the money.
