Blue Dreams Resort & SPA

I am very glad and impressed by the staff and workers of Blue dreams hotel. Especially the lady who in charge of guests and visitors - Miss Nurten. She is very kind, generous, wonderful! We got this hotel by my friends advice. We had large room with amazing sea ( view Deluxe room ) Great stay, rooms spacious and clean. Sea views were stunning in a beautiful bay. Food was good and varied and the staff were polite and courteous.. would definitely recommend and would stay there again

First impression is awful. It is definable NOT a 5star hotel. Sitting in a lobby since 7am till 13:00 (and probably till 14:00) after 30 hours without sleep, we are waiting for a room. When we arrived they did have 2 rooms available. BUT as we did not have a luxury room booked, they wanted an additional fee for every day in there. I know from experience, that when you come to a 5star hotel and they don’t have your room, but have any other (better or worse) they still give you the room without additional payment for the better one or with some complement/advantage if you agree to live in a worse one. Here it did not happen. First they wanted a fee and when we saw that the room was not worth it, they tried to accommodate us in the cheapest room without any advantage, though we payed/booked a better one. We are tired and sleep deprived and defiantly plays the role in this situation, but the room we already had seen, they were NOT super clean... The staff seems to be nice, but the organization is the worst I’ve seen, and I had seen quite a lot of 5* hotels before.

The cleaning was very bad . The quality of food was really bad. We gather together for a wedding ceremony and almost half of the people in our group have stomach and throw out. The management of the rooms was foul.

I’ve spent ten days in the hotel. Rooms are clean and nice, which is very important to me. The staff service is exquisite, each and every person is beyond kind and helpful. There is a lot to choose from every day in the main restaurant, for vegans as well. The beach is not big, however it was clearly stated so. The sea is amazing, the water being cristal clear. The hotel is very charming, surrounded by trees and plants. The view is breathtaking. The animation team works hard to make the guests feel good and welcomed. Overall Im very pleased with my stay and I really recommend the hotel. Note! Water sports as well as cabs are quite expensive, but so they are anywhere else around Bodrum, as it is a tourist destination. Ps. Please remember to tip the staff, they do an amazing job :)

It's a big complex, the staff is friendly, food is good. They could improve some things in the hotel and maybe have a better hygiene. Other than that, it's cool. The beach is good, and I loved the infinity pool. Dont miss out the sunset. It's good for everyone, there were guests from all generations while I stayed and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Recommended

The biggest plus of this place - amazing seaview and sunset. I enjoyed it every day. Food was really good but drinks definitely weren't. Also the cleaning service could be better - one soap dispenser was absolutely empty and they didn't refill it. The most difficult point - you can find someone who knows English only at the reception. So it was really hard to ask and get the answer sometimes.

The hotel is outdated and the rooms need a lot of updating. The food is not tasty. The infinity pool is nice and the location of the hotel is good but other than that the hotel over all needs a lot of work and can not be called a 5 star hotel by any means. The manager is nice and offered to help on our first night by offering us a meal at their a la cart restaurant otherwise, you need to make reservation and pay for it even though we paid for all inclusive. I would go somewhere else when I return to Bodrum.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel is in total disarray. Dirty rooms, the cleaning team does not clean the rooms. He washes the floor with water from a drinking bottle. The restaurant lacks everything: glasses, cups, cutlery. The service, instead of serving the guests during the meal, takes the plates of food in the back room and eats itself. At one of the dinners there was a sea fruit risotto. One of the service staff insidiously chose a heaped plate of mussels, where I waited for me to be served ... when she finished serving myself, the service was served - I got a whole dirty plate of rice with one shell.
