You cannot swim in the Ege Menderes Site, which consists of duplex houses in an adjacent order in Kusadasi at the seaside.
The streets in the site should be better planted and blossomed.
Some villas still do not have a door window. Plasters are spilled.
Some houses look wrecked.

Although the construction quality of the buildings is disgrace, the facility is really beautiful and can be accommodated by people who are always decent. Even though the sea of the site is made of concrete, there is the best beach in Kuşadası within about ten minutes walking distance for those looking for sandy beaches.
