I enjoyed my three days vacation at this hotel, with massively breath taking scene, in conjuction with all the tones of green. 5 Star to the hotel, 5 star to the staff!

Its a fine Hotel & the lady at reception was friendly. She only can speak french and turkish! Breakfast was nice! There is a nice view from restaurant! But hotel is pricy! we booked on booking website but later found that the room rate at reception was much lower! So i cancelled online booking and got the room from reception! BUT there was a guy at reception who speaks English well, told me sarcastically that “You are very clever” ! And asked me some personal questions such as what do i work? — No wifi was provided nor did i find any wifi signals! There was no water bottles available! Reception told me to drink from bathroom tap because its a special water! But From a bathroom tap?? Had it been a kitchen tap i would have understood! Bathroom tap made me feel yuck!

Our stay was fine and the breakfast was not bad with a nice view from the restaurant. however doesn't seem to have services of a 4 star and the price was overrated. I booked from booking website, when we reached there I asked my friend to walk in and ask about room rates just for curiosity because the rate was really high. Surprisingly he was given a rate 170 TL less than what I was given so i cancelled my booking and when he saw my passport he said you already have a booking I said yea but I cancelled it, On that he said you are very clever? ?Duh! Ofcorse I won't pay more! Actually he is clever for putting a higher rate in the booking website.

Hey. I’m English and came for a nice holiday in Turkey. When I saw these hotel photos at first, I thought this hotel was like a resort. But when I came and saw the place, I almost vomited. My Wife and Son are in the 3 bed room. 2 of the beds are normal quality, but one of them you need to sleep on a couch. If you guys stepped up the game, I would of voted a 5 and wrote good stuff about this hotel. On the blinds, It looks like there is a poop stain. Little bugs always come in at nights into the room even if we have the balcony door closed. They even come in with the light closed! At night, I can’t sleep because there are always wolves howling. Can’t you tell the animal control to take those wolves somewhere else? Plus who wouldn’t have bug spray in the hotel? I vote this hotel a 0.1 and I hope you do to. Thanks for reading this.

3 year old hotel with rooms that have large size single beds, fridge, wifi and a safe. Bring yr own pillow. You have to notify the reception to have room cleaned out. Open buffet for bfst and a la carte for dinner. Htl is in the middle of nowhere and no walk paths nearby, so u need a car.Tap water is drinkable- comes fresh from nearby mountains. Htl is at 1100m. aprox and air is high in oxygen. Environment is excellent for trekking.
