★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otelle ilgili bazı olumsuz yorumlar yazılmış, okuduğunuz zaman kafanızda belki şüpheler olabilir ama bence kafanızda hiç şüphe olmasın. Öncelikle 12 ayın 10 ayı kış olan bir şehir için cidden çok sıcak odaları var, sadece odalar değil otelin genel alanları da çok sıcak. Otelin temizliği de gayet güzel, kahvaltısı da gayet yeterlidir. Personel çok ilgili alakalı ve güzel yüzlüler. İsmini bilmediğim bu isimsiz emekçi arkadaşlara çok teşekkürler. Hiç şüpheniz olmadan konaklama yapabilirsiniz.
 Some negative reviews have been written about the hotel, you may have doubts when you read it, but I think you should have no doubts in your mind. First of all, it has very hot rooms for a city where 10 months of 12 months are winter. Not only the rooms but also the general areas of the hotel are very hot. The cleanliness of the hotel is also very good, the breakfast is also quite sufficient. The staff is very interested and nice-faced. Many thanks to these anonymous workers whose names I do not know. You can stay without any doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok people. They try to make the guests have comfort such as bringing space heaters in mid season. Relatively ok food but too old building not revitilized enough. It was useful enough. It served its function. Compared to other too overrated Kars hotels after the tourism boom that came with the train connection this is a useful not so bad place. Locals msyncomplain that it is not very central. There is a market near by. You can buy whay you need until late in the evening.
