Bizim Transfer

I wanted to order a shuttle for the next day. I filled out the application form on the website, but the confirmation button did not work even it was active. Ok, no problem, I wrote an e-mail with the details and asked them if it is possible to order the transfer on this way. Than came a short question about the details (which were already written in the first mail) every hour. I asked a confirmation few times, but no answer anymore. After a while I found a chat window on the website. The operator did not find anything about this order. Finally i got the info: there is no free place in the vehicle. Super! Conclusion: They are just waisting your time! You can find a private car transfer for few dollar more, and they are flexible and customer oriented.

The driver was so helpful and he came earlier by 10 minutes. The car was very comfortable

I booked my shuttle with Bizim transfer from Antlaya airport to alanya. The driver Ahmet was so friendly and helpful. The car was ok but the AC need to fixed better for the driver and the passengers. It was safe and on time journey. Another transfer from Alanya to gazipasha airport. I booed via website without any problem, but i got a call a day before my transfer to change the time another a hour earlier transfer. The ride was absolutely ok. The driver was helpful and on time. The bus was clean. I recommend to support this company to let them be better. Based on my experience in transfer industry in Turkey. It not easy to find someone can understand you and know to communicate you without a problem.

Edit after company's response: I have talked on the line with Mr. Deniz for full refund of the price. He was very helpful and apologized for the the inconvenience they have caused. I got the re-fund back to my account, therefore this company is trying their best for customer satisfaction. Therefore i am increasing my review point from 1 star to 3 stars. What happened in the past cannot be changed, but this company can be trusted if you have any issues during transfer. Initial review: Do not trust this company at all. We scheduled a transfer on 31.07.2021 from IC Hotels Santai to Antalya City Center. Our child got sick during vacation and we made an appointment with doctor (Medical park hospital) at 15:45. Transfer vehicle supposed to pick up us at 15:00 at latest. I have called the company in the morning saying that we have a deadline and i cannot afford to loose time. They promised that vehicle would arrive on time. Instead it arrived at 15:35, making us impossible to see the doctor as it was last available slot on the doctor. This could be a flight as well where we could have missed it. Since i paid it online before the transfer, i was not able to rent a taxi to catch our appointment. Company is not refunding the price we paid. They stole our time and most importantly our son's medical examination. We had to find another hospital and doctor which was extremely hard considering it was saturday and all doctors were out.

Awful transfer service. I booked online via booking.com and fully paid online. After difficult task to locate representative ( my name list was in the middle of pack with many other names and the company logo on their polo was covered by back-pack), representative asked me to wait 5-10 minutes. After another 20 minutes passed I tried to call their office, but nobody answered. Representative call another line and office guy asked me to wait another 5 minutes, and promised to find driver or if fail to send me by taxi at their account. He promised to call me back and inform in 5 min, but he neither didn't call me back nor picked a phone when I called him again. Finally after another 25 minutes of waiting a representative guided me to taxi, and ask me to pay to driver 100 Euro, which they will refund. Few days passed, no taxi charge refund, but my booking status shows as "This ride was completed".

Used Bizim 4 times on this holiday between Antalya, Alanya, Side and Antalya Airport and excellent service, comfortable transport and all drivers wearing masks and following good Covid rules. Will use again.

It was a smooth ride from Antalya to Alanya. Well planned and we been contacted by the driver at the time of arrival. Affordable prices. Great service and served with mineral water during ride.

Booked over booking com, used VIP/executive transfer. Was on time (even 10-15min earlier each time), clean, careful driving style especially hard to find in Turkey roads :). I would recommend if you would like to have comfort with affordable prices (comparable to spontaneous taxi quotations).
