A company that we constantly use is really warm, friendly and decent people from its cashier to its assistant. You can use this company comfortably to travel as a family, I break 1 star because the inside of the bus is not clean.

the gentleman who was the assistant was very rude, he didn't even swear when he was taking the baggage delivery... I kept quiet because he was too old. It is a company that I will not use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Ben bus from Adana to Antep online using an app and I came before the bus time by 5 minutes, but I found the bus is full and the put me on another bus that take much longer time. They did not even apologise for that.
