★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N11 üzerinden sipariş verdiğim ruju kurumuş olarak ve güvenlik bandı yerine normal bant yapıştırmış olarak gönderen firma. Hiçbir şekilde telefonla ulaşılamıyor. İade veya değişim talep ettiğimde "ürün değişimi bulunmamaktadır" cevabını verdiler. Müşteri memnuniyeti diye bir kavramları yok. Uzak durun derim.
The company that sent the lipstick I ordered via N11 as dried and with normal tape attached instead of security tape. Can't be reached by phone at all. When I requested a return or exchange, they replied "There is no product exchange". There is no concept of customer satisfaction. I say stay away.
