If you don't have a very luxurious preference for Iğdır, it is the hotel you can choose comfortably. The breakfast is included in the price, in the form of an open buffet and is quite high quality and varied. Although there are areas that need renovation and maintenance, I recommend it in terms of cleanliness and competence.
