Very terrible hotel. Bad, old and durty rooms. In some rooms windows on the 1st floor couldn't to be closed (doesn't work), so it is like an all-time opened door. Room service is bad, floor, walls in bathroom are durty with hairs of previous stayers. I've never been in hotel worse than thisone. Seems that good feedback leave visitors that 1st time in Turkey after CIS's resorts in Anapa or Berdyansk. All guides and other natives tell that it is the worst hotel in the Belek and it's rates is 3 stars maximum. So, it totally depend from price. If it will cost 1000$ for 2 weeeks, it will be ok ( just ok, but not good), but not for 3000$ and selling this hotes as 5 stars.

Terrible hotel, They treat their workers very poorly, and use physical action to command their workers. The boss is a very mean person and is very racist and hurtful to other people. I dont recommend any tourists to go to this hotel. The rooms need alot of work and most of the rooms have very bad services. The room service is terrible and the staff do not care about their customers. They treat their bellboys like slaves and most of them were fired before the hotel even opened for very stupid reasons. The restaurant has the worst food i have ever tasted and their service is also horrible. Please do not go here.

Armas...the staff abd very nice. But read between the lines. Such as... Internet you have to pay extra daily fees. Its not for free. The rooms needs to be cleaned. Not saying they are dirty but more attention. Food is good it could be 4 stars. The ice cream is for free but the close at 4 pm...come on 2 hours after the check in. You also need to have the events schule handy becuade each thing closed in diffent time. Kids Swimming pool doesnt have lifeguard. The bell boy vey helpful.

At first I was scared to book this hotel because of the bad reviews, but since the renovation the old reviews are not relevant anymore. First of all, this is not the kind of huge luxury hotel as you would expect in Turkey, but for my family the villas were even better because the rooms are huge compared to any hotel room. So if you are into absolut luxury, this will not be a choice for you. House keeping was fine. Pool was nice, big enough, clean and the animation was excellent at all times. They “wake you up” at 10am at the pool and have fun activities all day. I especially loved the “armas belek dance” the animation team created for the guests and we would dance it pretty much after every activity. We loved the “water gym” animator the most, I think his name is spelled Tato (hope I didn’t spell wrong) and Dj Panda. The beach was fine. First days the waves were pretty big and there were pebbles. Last days the water tamed and the pebbles were gone so there was sand, so it depends a lot on the weather. The restaurant and the food were pretty much like in any other turkish hotel I’ve been to. The only downside was that you have to pay 2€ for orange fresh, but that’s ok because there is enough free orange juice at the machines so yeah. There are many tables, but sometimes we had to go to the very back of the restaurant because it gets really crowded. I loved the terrace because we could eat while looking at the Sea. The evening shows were amazing, but then again it depends on your luck because they chance them every week. Every night before the show, there is mini club for 1 hour and the kids absolutely loved it. You don’t have a safe in the room, the minibar is full only the first day, no refill during your stay and also you don’t have free internet. I payed 14€ per week. All in all, our vacation was great at the Armas Belek Hotel. Best part was animation team and the worst was the not so luxurious looking hotel as first impression when you enter it.

The place has fair facilities, but the cleanliness is horrible. Good quality is bellow average. There was hair on the floor, the drawer wasn’t even touched since the previous guest left. Cracked toilet sit... I won’t recommend this place and won’t go there again.

Nice and calm place with a real sea-vacation atmosphere, unlike some hotels around that look like congress hotel and are therefore not relaxed. One star down for a nasty diarrhea and vomiting experience of the last lunch or supper, which was very suprising because for the whole week we have not experienced anything out of the ordinary regarding the food. Believing this was a solitary failure, we totally recommend the place.

Simple hotel. Definitely not a 5* one. Food quality is not very good. Rooms are quite old. Spa is very old with awful spots of the mold everywhere. Stuff cleans the floor at 8am when there are a lot of people going here and there. Animation is very poor. So I wouldn't advice this hotel worth visiting.

I felt very good in the company of these people, their entertainment staff is great, the mini disco is very entertaining for children. The show is also of very good quality.
