Highly recommended as my experience here has been a really good one. Very clean hotel. Our room had a lovely view with our own balcony that had a table and chairs to relax and have tea and enjoy the weather. The hotel is very close to shops and malls it has a gym, spa and a variety of massages a Turkish bath area, indoor pool, hairdressers, Starbucks it's own bar etc. The resteraunt has a different variety of foods, salads, fruits and desserts which we enjoyed very much. Will definately be booking again

Here on holiday. Clean enough but I don't rate it as 5 star. Food is always cold. Enough variety to choose from. By the time you get the food you want it's cold. Coffee is luke warm in very small cups. Not a mug in sight. Room is OK and kept clean. Slippers are provided along with robes. Shower cream shampoo and conditioner, soap and body lotion. They serve star bucks coffee but you need to order 2 to make 1 as they are only filled half way. Most of the hotel facilities are closed during the winter time but this is not advertised when you book. There own Web site doesn't advertise this either. Just 1 restaurant open. Pools are closed beach all closed. There is a small indoor pool in the spa that you can use which is clean. Children's clubs all closed so really nothing to do. There is nothing outside the hotel like shops etc. You need to take a taxi or bus to the city which is about 1 hour away on the bus. I am really disappointed. Weather is not good at the moment but hey you can't book the weather. So I find myself sitting around doing nothing. Spending more money in the spa for something to do. Family's with children are keeping them entertained with balloons. There is panorama bar which has something on each night thank god. I will say the staff are lovely they try to do what they can to help you. But with mist of the facilities closed it's a very boring holiday. Best coming here during May to October when everything is open. Don't be fooled by holiday company's they advertise everything open. Wrong advertising for this time of year.

I stayed here for a week along with my friends and we were all blown away with the service! This hotel has everything you need. The staff are so attentive and will assist you instantly with any problems you have. I was particularly impressed with the restaurant staff who were so helpful and always greeted us with laughter and smiles. I will definitely be using this hotel again. Brilliant service. Can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is awesome and has the best unlimited food! All the amenities are classy and luxurious. However, the cleanliness of the rooms can be enhanced. We noticed a lack of attention to detail when it comes to the housekeeping services.

Beautiful and clean resort.Staff is very friendly and always take care of their customers and guests. Feel like home. Food is good and fresh and lot of selection of dishes. Desserts and hot beverages are great. Best Spa and Massage service at this resort. VIP package is the best one for couples. Really like the massage service. Definitely recommend this resort.

Had a few problems with the room we booked but a kind receptionist Tuncay helped us to sort that out. He was very nice and welcoming. Great place, my family come every year. Lovely rooms, lots of selection of food. Shuttle bus regular to the water slides etc great for kids. Really nice place. Thank you we will be back.

This is my first time coming! The entertainment team are excellent and so friendly! The room is lovely and the food is excellent, loads of choice. The drinks are good quality. All staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. We had a lovely stay in this hotel and will definitely come again/recommend to a friend.

Friendly and relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk through the doors, with a gentleman gently playing background guitar music in reception. Rooms are cleaned daily, bar and waiting on staff can't do enough for you. Food is delicious with an all you can eat type buffet that the staff serve to you. All staff are wearing masks and there is cleaners circulating 24/7. Entertainment is good and something on every evening. The hotel also has a large choice of pools outside and an indoor pool, with Turkish bath, steam room and sauna which is also included in your package. Beautiful, relaxing holiday, thanks so much to all staff, you work so hard and it shows.
